I went here with so many questions, and I had a wonderful woman help me out! I had a bank outside of their company, and I genuinely had no clue what I was doing. She was so incredibly helpful, kind, and helped me figure out what I needed!! Thank you!!

I came in yesterday on the 29th to deposit cash around 2/3pm and I was having the worst day ever. The two ladies working brightened my day and had the sweetest energy! They completely turned my day around and I don’t think they realize how refreshing it was to have that. I have never had people at a bank be so happy to be there and serve their customers. I wish I could shout them out but I never got their names. Thank you guys for being so great!!

They need an outdoor atm, as If they’re closed you’re not getting your money, meaning you need to put going to chase on your schedule if you get off after 5

Staff here is diverse and very nice. When ever I’ve had an issues they were courteous, professional, and efficient in speed/quality! Definitely a good location for chase banks.

We opened a Business Account with Chase on Monday and made clear we will transfer about 1 Million Dollars sometimes through the week and got the ok that it wouldn't be a problem.96 hours later the transaction was blocked by chase because it was apparently to big for a new account.Another 24 hours later our business account was blocked and the planned house purchase is now about to blow.The only reason I'm giving one star is because there isn't any option to give 0.In addition to that the personal was very unfriendly and wasn't cooperating at all.

Recently opened several accounts at Chase Bank. I am shopping for a new bank. I was told by multiple people exactly what was needed to qualify for the Bonus being offered on a new account. The Cary Street Branch banker and teller will tell you what is needed, but the Branch Manager will not back that up. Even when I told the banker Tori that Sam the branch manager had told me it will not work that way, Tori insisted that she knew better and it would work. I closed my accounts. Chase is not an honest bank to do business with in my opinion.
