If i could give 0 stars I would. Absolutely terrible quality screen replacement. Charged a fortune for the cheapest quality product. Product is from
China. Less than a couple weeks it cracked from a low drop (in a very good quality otterbox case. Also front screen has been malfunctioning ever since they touched my phone. Takes 4 times to click the lock button for it to turn on. It turns on my itself, it glitches none stop. Barely had pressure touch it. It shattered the back again. Talked to the worker. No help at all. Absolutely so disappointed. The service is not good one bit. Don't recommend. Go somewhere else! Not this place.

Conveniently located inside the Chesterfield mall near my favorite stores. Dropped my phone off, went into PacSun and Hollister and boom it was done. Also paid 1/3 of what FruitFix estimated ($45 vs. $125) for my shatter camera lens. Won’t be going anywhere else!

I went to this store a few months ago and the owner was absolutely AMAZING! The price was unbeatable, his professionalism and timeliness were outstanding, and my toddler definitely liked him! So far, the iphone that he helped me with has withstood the destructiveness of my toddler so I will most certainly be back when I have equipment that needs fixing. Everything was a one stop shop. There were stores closer to me, as the drive was about 40 minutes away, but it was worth it! Thank you again!

I broke my phone a few months back while visiting Va. The feller did get my.phone fixed and stayed a little past closing to fix it because it was really important. Only thing is he said it was an OEM screen and its not...it cracked super easy,the touch accuracy is off pretty bad, the back light is terrible.....when i lock the phone and go to unlock it bow i have to hit the unlock 3 or 4 times for it to bring up the screen to use my code but its super dark when the lock screen comes up but as soon as ypu unlock it, the screen lights up just fine.....the feller did help me out,phones working but to tell me its a factory screen and works this bad isnt ok......just make sure you know what your actually getting and play with it a bit before you take it home.....again, sure my phone kinda works now, just not as good as it should for the price i paid

Broke the screen on my Note 10+, and went to 5 places before here and no one had the right part in stock. These guys did and 30 minutes later my phone was like new. Definitely reccomend.

5 stars , Jeff the associate went above and beyond when I needed my phone screen fix . I walked out with phone screen fixed , a screen protector , and a new phone case all under 40 min!. Awesome job , awesome customer service!Will be returning again.
