When my friend and I walked in the staff was very unfriendly and made us feel very unwelcome. Even though we are both kids, we were just coming in to check out the mattress and the staff immediately assumed we were doing something bad. They were all rolling their eyes and talking in phrases such a "Mk" which was very rude. We just wanted to feel some beds! Please work with your staff on this as we will not be coming back.

The store was clean and the associate was super nice, she was way less stressful to talk to than some associates at other mattress stores we stopped by. We didn't end up getting a mattress here, but five stars for service.

Great experience to drop in and lay on all of the mattresses and figure out which is best. In-store experience is well-designed and no pushy sales tactics. Better than traditional mattress store. And it’s in the mall - so convenient to do with other shopping

I love my Casper bed, purchased it in the NYC store, got it delivered pre-covid. I went in this Richmond, VA store to see if there were any updates for trade-in (which I had been told during my original purchase existed), but they acted like I was crazy. Nothing but, "Do you want to buy a new bed?"

Absolutely horrible experience with the delivery! Casper employed a terrible 3rd party to deliver and assemble the new mattress set and remove our old mattress and none of that happened!! RXO completely dropped the ball and we are so irritated with the service!!! Now we are stuck with 3 massively heavy boxes and we don’t know when are service will be complete.

Staff is friendly. Prices are outrageous considering what similar mattresses cost.Using them, I'm not convinced they're better than my 1/5th the cost mattress found online.

We were buying a new mattress and they jinxed us we never actually got a mattress they lied to us I will never go there again and I don't recommend it worst of all they charged us before we even got the bed and when we said we didn't get it it said it was ready for delivery. They took a picture of a stop sign and said there was no house there. I can't even begin to explain how bad my experience was. If I could give them zero stars I would I give the sales person an a for effort but otherwise the service is bad.

This is a post for the store itself (the mattresses felt great in store, but haven't slept on one.. yet). The store is well laid out and it's easy to try all the Casper products. Special shout out to the staff. My wife and I enjoyed working with Denise. She was super approachable, professional, knowledgeable, and not pushy in trying to get the sale. Her coworker (sorry I didn't get his name!) was equally friendly and we enjoyed his help. Definitely worth stopping by the store if you're in the market for mattresses!
