Been going here for the convenient location, but can't reccomend. They're fine for oil changes and they helped patch a tire for cheap, but I paid them for a pre--purchase inspection on a used car and they totally missed a bad wheel bearing that's going to need replacing less than a week after they said it checked out fine. Not going to trust them with my vehicle again after this.

I want to like these people because they seem nice. I took my car in to have my AC repaired and informed them I knew there was a leak. "Can you please put it under a vacuum and stop the leak?" I picked the car up the next day and the AC worked for about 4 hours. Then it leaked everything out. I called and they said they would take another look at it but not for another week. They wouldn't prioritize the repair even though it's a warranty issue. I tried to reschedule but it's my only vehicle. The point is, they didn't fix it correctly the first time and I'm without A/C in 95 degree heat.Service: A/c installation & repair

These guys are quick, communicative and cost efficient. My car lost acceleration on a Tuesday and I dropped it off with Graham at 8am on Wednesday. I saw a ton of cars in the lot and Graham told me that they're backed up with inspections and it may be a while. I left it anyhow bc I live close and was desperate. Graham called me by 9:30am to tell me I needed new spark plugs and a coil, and then had it ready to pick up by noon. Labor was only 1/3 of the total cost and was super reasonable. I have terrible luck with cars, but Carroll's Auto took all the stress out of the experience - thank you!!!
