Carquest Auto Parts provides great customer service and a helpful experience. The store has sufficient stock of most everything and can usually get what is needed by the next morning. Customers report that the people at the counter have specialty items covered and go out of their way to help. In one instance, when a customer was in a tough situation far from home, staff came to the car, checked what parts were needed, returned with the part, and even put it on the car, explaining the work. This good deed did not go unnoticed. The service is kind and exceeds normal expectations, with staff refusing extra payment and only charging for the part itself. For those needing anything from a plastic panel pry kit to replacement lug nuts, it is a place where one should come first.
Came in and bought a plastic panel pry kit to replace the touchscreen console in my car. Great customer service. I think the gentleman that helped me thought I might be in over my head BUT I got it swapped out in less than 30 minutes.
