Disappointed in the folks at HoneyCar. I had several discussions with their buyer prior to meeting the buyer who looked over my car. Checked for codes and said it was throwing a code for an item that my car didn't even come with. He then went to do the paperwork and said his GM wouldn't do the deal we had agreed to. I had shown him the issue that I knew about and he was aware. Felt very scammy.

Bought a $25,000 car from them and less than a month it sounds like the whole car is falling apart. I haven’t even put 500miles on the car or made the 1st payment. Also during the buying process I was baited into a 3 month 3,000 mile warranty that comes with the vehicle purchase. At the end when signing papers they completely pulled the warranty and tried to have me sign a buying as is contract no warranty. I noticed it and then they said they wouldn’t do it because my vehicle is an Tesla. Every time I call I’m told I will get a call back and then they don’t. I’ve driven up there twice and have not received any help in getting this resolved. The sales manager up there Dylan is awful. The guy is master of blowing smoke up your ***. No wonder they only buy cars now and no longer sell.

Total Bait and switch and waste of time! I was approached on FB marketplace by an employee of the company who said "your price is good". I stupidly believed them and drove down. They offered me almost 29% below what I was asking! I expected to be below asking but by almost one-third!

Today we were lucky to meet an excellent saleswoman, very patient, very attentive. Her name is Mayra Hernández. She was very attentive from the moment she saw us arrive at the parking lot interested in a car.
We will leave here happy
Their good service and a car that we loved.
It should be noted that the manager in charge is also an excellent person, he explained everything to us
What we needed.
And best of all, they handle both languages. Spanish and English.

I do not know much about cars, and I wanted to sell mine at a decent place. I found this spot, and Russell helped me out and did his very best to give me the best he could.
I regret not buying my car in the very beginning from them!
I highly recommend this place as they have very good services and very good people working there.
Definitely keep this place in mind if you need to buy/sell your car.

I bought a Toyota Tundra ay Honey Car in Richmond in Feb 2024. My guy Dylan promptly answered all my questions and was transparent and fair with me. I would definitely buy from them again. I wasted a lot of time at other dealers who would not give me straight answers or would not respond. This dealer was straightforward and easy to deal with. No hidden fees or other shady practices.

I'm very satisfied with my experience at the Richmond, Va HoneyCar lot. The truck was not misrepresented. The price was fair. Mo kept in touch but never used typical urgency tactics. He went out of his way to answer my questions. My financing was what I expected. They shipped my truck to their Winchester, VA lot (near me) at no extra charge. They had my tags sent there as well. I interacted with at least four individuals while in the Richmond office and all were courteous and accommodating. Its now been 2.5 months since my purchase and there have been no unwelcome surprises. Thanks to everyone but a special shout out to Mo.

If you are looking for a car or found your dream car at Honey Car you need to contact Mo for advice and to help you out. Mo then teams up with Chris the sales manger for the financing and they will do anything they can to get you approved and driving in just under an hour. I'm leaving the dealership now after selling my 2021 Malibu RS. I listed the car on Marketplace and Annie reached out to me and after talking to Del, made me an offer. A few hours later I drove the car to the dealership and met Del in person. Overall great experience, I wasn't needing the car anymore and they made selling it easy. I left with a check and the second half should come after they pay off my remaining loan balance. Nothing deviated from the conversations I had with Annie or Del prior to my arrival I was honest with them and they were straightforward with me. No tricks. It was a pleasure saying bye to my Malibu although I'll miss it.

Sold my car to them with Annie and her manager. Super easy process! I was skeptical of the offer but they stuck to it and it truly was hassle free. Even got me an Uber home afterwards! Definitely recommend selling to them.

KeiShaun was my salesperson and he was very helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicles on the lot and making sure that all of my vehicle needs were met with my new car AJ and Weylin made sure they were able to find a good down payment and monthly payment that I was comfortable with I definitely would recommend them to anybody looking for a new car
