The absolute worst pharmacy I've ever been to, the staff is extremely rude and so snappy. I'm really surprised management/corporate would put up with such awful customer service representing CVS. How a couple particular employees haven't been fired on the spot is beyond me. If you want to be yelled at or ignored or treated like a nuisance, this is your CVS. Otherwise, go elsewhere.

This CVS, in the many years I have been going there, never ceases to disappoint me or let me down. I am specifically referring to the pharmacy. You might ask why I continue to use them...it's as simple as a matter of convenience. The time has come for me to finally part ways with this store. The prices are sky high compared to other local pharmacies, the medication is never ready, despite being told to come back and pickup at a later time. This happens all of the time. Don't make an appointment for a vaccine...especially if you are going out of the country. They have cancelled on the day of the appointment, at the very last minute. They have done this to me, my husband and my daughter at separate times no less. This store, perhaps all CVS stores, are run poorly. I can say with confidence that this store has a chronic problem. Do yourself a favor and go the extra distance to avoid this particular location because I promise you...they will go out of their way to disappoint you too.

This is the absolute worst pharmacy I have ever used and I have honestly never left in a good mood. All of the employees in the pharmacy are extremely rude and make me feel stupid for asking questions or not knowing how to pronounce a name of a medication. The only reason I use this pharmacy is because it is the closest to my house so my family has always used it and I am finally switching to Walgreens because I would honestly would drive up to an hour to avoid this cvs at this point. Over the years I've had to take many many medications and this cvs makes it so difficult to understand what is going on. I have an account and get text updates and so many times I've gotten texts saying my prescriptions are ready and I've showed up to pick them up (inside the store) and have had to wait up to an hour and a half to get my prescriptions. I don't know medicine and have several so it's hard to keep up with and understand everything and somehow I leave feeling more clueless every time because the employees look at me like I'm an idiot. I went to pick up earlier today through the drive through and asked them to list the ones that were ready because I didn't need all of them right now and they acted very annoyed and instead had me list the ones I needed and were annoyed that I couldn't pronounce all of them. Please trust me on this one and NEVER USE THIS PHARMACY!!!

As all stores, masks are required. Surprisingly, all staff had one a mask and wearing it properly. This is where the positives end. I went to pick up a prescription. I stand there waiting. The African American female looked up and continued to fill prescriptions. There was an older Caucasian lady filling prescriptions as well, who tried to me she didn't see me standing there waiting. The same gloves the African American lady had on filling prescriptions, she used to type on the computer and get the filled prescription bag to give to me. I have no problem with you wearing gloves but those gloves need to be changed in between transactions. The customer service here is ZERO. If I pretended like I didn't see customers on my job, I wouldn't have a job. I wouldn't recommend this location to my worst enemy. Management needs to take time out to train the staff on customer service. While you want to obtain new customers, you want to retain your existing customers.

This is my go to CVS! I know the aisles by heart and can get in and out fairly quickly! I especially love the CVS card, their email coupons, the coupon kiosk and the extra bucks rewards. I always save a hefty sum shopping and find most of my health and beauty needs here at CVS! The cashiers are so kind and patient with me as I hand them my coupons! Their greeting card section is amazing and they have a nice grocery aisle! You rock CVS!

The head pharmacist needs to take a Dale Carnegie course. They screwed up my prescription and she went out of her way to make me feel like I'd done something wrong. Insisted on making a derogatory comment as I walked away. I'll drive a little farther not to have to deal with her.

Clean and efficient pharmacy and store. Very helpful staff and didn't make any assumptions about my needs. They also agreed to allow me to post fliers for the 'Gorgeous George Eviction' block party that will be occurring this summer. This is a major summer party on Stoneycreek so be sure to bring your friends! It's for all of the well dressed neighbors!

This place used to have friendly people.... The tall bald headed male cashier has the personality of a cardboard box. Don't make it the customers problem that you can't make change.
