This location has the worst pharmacy customer service. I called and sat on hold for 24 minutes. Next time I called it was 20 minutes on hold. I have a simple question that would be solved in a few seconds if I could just reach someone.

I never thought I would say this but I just Love this store it's my go to store. It's a little pricey but you rack up on coupons and there you go. I like getting makeup from here. Plus they send me coupons to my phone then I go into the store and get more coupons from what I just purchased so you definitely can't go wrong. Plus my Mom only gets her allergy medication from CVS foe some reason she can't find it any where else Plus she gets other items and then I can use my coupons on her purchase so it's a win win for me she's happy and I'm . Then there's my favorite employee there Bobby he is really nice, friendly and very helpful. I remember one night I stopped in to find an adapter for my new phone and he was so helpful trying to find me the adapter. I just love his accent really nice. Kudos to Bobby for being a great employee there's a lot of businesses that need more employees like Bobby in their establishments.

Staff is courteous and did not wait for services. I was asked if I had any questions about my Rx and if I needed refills in the future (they will take care of it). I signed up text alerts to remind me about refills and the CVS app. So far so good

Thought it was a pretty standard CVS. I was here for my COVID booster shot and they were quite efficient with it. I thought the pharmacy area was a bit crammed/small. The store itself doesn't seem too busy as it's located in a somewhat rural area. The parking lot and main road access is quite easy and smooth though.

Pharmacy is always short handed , when I call they always pick up and say please hold, I have waited on hold as long as 25 minutes. Poor customer service

When you are at the doctors office and they put you kno the spot for an pharmacy you just pick one. I happened to have picked this location for my perscription. When I arrived, admittedly two days after it was sent over, it was super quiet but it was also at 8am on a Sunday. There was a wonderful gentleman who greeted me as I headed to the pharmacy. The pharmacy was supported by two employees one of which was on the phone. The pharmacist immediately greeted me and said that she would be right with me. She would be with me? She walked over seconds later greeted me again, took my name and gave me the best customer service experience I've had in a while. This was an warm experience.

Their CVS is one of the worst pharmacies to go to in the area. The staff and the manger that work in the front of the store are awesome. When you go to the back to get your medication no one acknowledges at all. Sometime you wait 5 min before someone assists you. When they do there's no greeting at all. They have no customer service skills at all. I went to pick up medication that my doctor sent their over 2 days ago and it wasn't ready. I was told by a pharmacy tech that they are a week and a half behind on filling prescriptions. I know that has to be a lie before people can't wait that long on their medication. If I could give zero stars I would. If you can help it go somewhere else but here.

Pharmacy staff as dry as the winter air! No greeting. Didn't even get a "one moment" they just kept doing what they were doing until someone was free and asked if I was picking up. Wouldn't kill you to say hello, just one moment, or good morning. No acknowledgement of a customer reporting a recent birthday. Won't come back.

A humongous thank you to the pharmacy technician Sabrina who was working in drive thru today! She was my lifesaver as she helped me with a medicine that I needed to get through the drive thru and couldn't go inside to get. Her kindness, speediness and customer service was beyond a 5 star rating but considering that's all I can give on Yelp, that's what I'll do!

Great location. The staff is always courteous and helpful. Usually have what I need stocked on shelf and the coupon machine is helpful. Like the e-mailed receipts, help save paper waste!
