I bought my car over a year ago after my parents purchased a different car a couple years ago and both cars are still in great condition. Each payment I make is super easy and quick. They really get to know their customers and are so polite and have amazing hospitality. If you are looking for a car I 100% recommend you give them a try !!

This is by far the best buying experience i have encounter in years, not only they got me a good deal in a mint condition Ford but they also delivered to VA beach and they do back it up with 3 month warranty for free, they also work with all kind of credit and have multiple payment options and a fantastic car selection. overall a great experience definitely recommend,

I've purchased 2 used vehicles and have had no problems outside of minor regular maintenance, used car businesses can be a roll of the dice sometimes so it's good to have people that will work with you.

They’re selling LEMONS (aka bad cars). Going to this dealer is like buying a “mechanics special”. They fix it up so it looks good to the eye, convince you the car is fine, make excuses, and lie to you about any concerns you bring up when directly asked. You can drive it off the lot and have it for a few days, then it needs so many repairs it’d be considered totaled. You will pay more repairing a car you get here than you will buying it. Everything they’re doing is auto fraud, but that’s hard to prove. So if you buy a car from here make sure you’re recording everything, especially audio and conversations, and ask specific questions to cover yourself. (Virginia doesn’t have a lemon law for used vehicles BUT they are required to refund you if you return it within THREE days) Every vehicle here is sold as-is, but they don’t post that anywhere.If you go back to them and tell them they sold you a lemon they won’t refund you, they’ll act like they really care, they’ll tell you personal life sob stories to get you to leave them alone. They have really short fuses and are quick to temper and yell.Don’t support their business, take your money elsewhere. You would have better luck getting a reliable vehicle off of facebook marketplace than here

They sold my poor lil grandma a car for $15,000 cash and the engine was already bad when they sold it to her & she didn’t know then the warranty didn’t wanna pay for it…we went to over 6 different dealerships to find out who would take the warranty chevrolet said they could help but the warranty ppl was being difficult they wanted Chevrolet to take apart the whole engine and replace what was wrong but Chevrolet said it wasn’t a point they should just replace the whole engine and the warranty ppl refused I remind u she haven’t even had the car for long and the warranty was gonna run out in a couple of days so we never found anyone to fix the car not not to mention before the car problems was brought to our awareness she tried returning it the next day cause she didn’t like it & they didn’t let her now the car getting worse the warranty ppl did nothing carway did nothing to help they seen my grandma called and refuse to pick up the phone she had to call from another number in order to get in touch these people shouldn’t even be in business don’t waste not a dime , Nickel or penny on them

Be aware they are thieves. They tell you a car is fine no issues and as soon as you drive it off they car is already falling apart and then they tell you they can’t do anything about it - go somewhere else!
