“The reservation and customer service at pickup was easy, a little slow but easy. However, a suggestion if I may…take that Jeep Renegade off the fleet! The vehicle is a mess! It runs hard, the “new”features such as auto correct and self drive mode are cool for bells and whistles but not practical, especially for a rental. Probably could have disabled those features but I didn’t have time or the desire to learn the vehicle to do all of that. The renegade was wack!”

“It was very easy to check in and pick up the car at the airport. I didn't have to take a shuttle to another lot. The rental car was less than a minute walk from baggage claim. Enterprise was very thorough in picking up and dropping off the car.”
“My insurance set me up with this location and I have to say, the overall experience was excellent. Ethan came and picked me up from the shop, found an excellent truck for me to use when my truck was being repaired, and was a professional and friendly person throughout the entirety of the process. The truck was clean, drove well, and looked great. Ethan clearly explained my rental, the car, and how my insurance was going to handle it. I plan on using this location any time I need a rental and have told my wife to do the same. Thanks Ethan!”

“AutoMax was so kind and helpful to me. I was under duress from my car breaking down, then finding out it was not repairable. I was in a major time crunch and completely on my own with all of the decision making to purchase another car. The cost of a different car was not in my budget, nor was the cost of a rental car, but both were my only viable options.
AutoMax gave me valuable advice on how to move forward. Then they gave me a gorgeous, like-new cherry red Toyota with all the latest features, clean as a whistle. Then they gave me a giant discount when i returned it because I had washed and vacuumed the car. They treated me so well!!!

“I am genuinely surprised to see this place with a less than 4/5 overall rating. The location is a bit hard to find because the Budget sign isn't on the building and it just looks like a gas station, but I have never had such good customer service from a rental company. Everyone was very nice and knowledgeable. We were even given a discount after realizing we booked too small of a moving truck. They upgraded us two sizes and didn't charge us for the upgrade. I highly recommend these guys.”

“I rented from this place so many times from 2005- 2015. They always treated me well. Never turned me away. Always worked with me, knew me and my family by name, and never kept my deposit. I’m in need of a rental that I know I’ll be able to keep as long as I need with no hassles so I decided to look up the number and was surprised to see so many bad reviews. These people were always good to me so I’m going to give them my business again. Might as well go with who you are familiar with.”

“Flight arrived shortly after 1PM and got to the kiosk. When I asked for a car seat rental as well I had to wait almost an hour because staff didn't know the proper code to add the car seat to the rental. I had to wait for the next shift to arrive before anyone could figure out how to add the seat. Otherwise, no problems, please have staff properly trained on the Payless portal.”
“Indica and Amari were so helpful getting me in the right car at the right time! After my accident I was distraught and car-less and the insurance company sent me to Enterprise and I was worried about having to deal with all of the nonsense that comes with renting a car but Amari made it all make sense and had me in a car (a car way to big) by 10 am! she helped out later that day by getting me a much more reasonable little car! A week in I had a hiccup with the insurance company and I was so stressed but Indica called them up and sorted it all out for me (saved me from a really BIG headache) overall those two ladies made the whole experience so stress free and really simple!! Much love ”

“Rented a standard car they have me a jeep Cherokee, was absolutely wonderful, drove it to Florida and back paid for the fairly expensive in house insurance and hour into the drive a pebble nicked the windshield. When I returned the vehicle I told them about it and they said no problem. Glad I got the insurance. Staff was really friendly too”

“I rent from National all the time (2 or mre times a month). They are 100% dependable and staff are very professional and always helpful. National still offers the best perks for customer loyalty of any other travel type (eg airlines!!). The only time i dont rent from them is the VERY rare time when they are not available. I will continue to stay a loyal customer and encourage the rest of my work team to rent from National as well”
