Would not recommend.. bought a vehicle from them almost 2 years ago that is currently not running.. the owner was aware of the issue and when I came back 2 weeks later he would not honor anything.. a lot of these reviews are positive because they tell you to leave a positive review for a free tank of gas .. beware …very dishonest dealership

I recently had an extremely positive car buying experience at Car N Go and I cannot recommend this dealership enough! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and not at all pressured by the salesman, Troy. He was knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to understand my needs and preferences.During the test drive, Troy rode with me and answered all my questions about the vehicle. It was great to have someone so attentive and willing to provide me with all the information I needed to make an informed decision.The Finance Manager, Scott, was absolutely awesome. He went above and beyond to ensure that I had the best possible financing options. Initially, I was approved by one financial institution and scheduled to pick up my vehicle. However, on my way to the dealership, Scott had a member from another bank look at my credit application. This turned out to be a blessing in disguise as the second bank approved me with even better terms. My monthly payments were reduced, the interest rate dropped by a whopping 7%, and the loan term was shortened by 6 months compared to the first approval. I was thrilled with the outcome!What impressed me the most about Car N Go was their dedication to customer satisfaction. They truly care about their customers' well-being. I had a terrible car buying experience just a week before at a different dealership in Fredericksburg. I ended up walking away from that deal after paying for a purchasing inspection and discovering multiple mechanical problems with the vehicle. Although I lost close to $1,000, it was well worth it because I found Car N Go!The owner of the dealership, Moe, was very personable and made sure I was comfortable with all the settings on my new foreign/luxury car before I drove away. It was my first time purchasing this type of vehicle, and his attention to detail and willingness to ensure my satisfaction was truly impressive.If you are in the market for a vehicle, I highly recommend Car N Go. The staff is professional, personable, and genuinely cares about their customers. I am extremely satisfied with my car buying experience and cannot thank them enough for making it such a positive one.

Having unexpectedly experience a motor failure in my 17 year old car with over 250K miles, I was concern about finding myself in need of solid, dependable transportation within an extremely abbreviated widow of time. Having three young adults in three different colleges, I like to consider myself very careful in fiscal matters.Flashing forward, on a Thursday of this prior week, my car's engine gave out. And, at the advice of my trusted mechanic, I re-entered the car market. It was then, that I first encountered Car-N-GO. Initially, I met Parker at the Hull Street location. He was extremely amiable, as he patiently showed me three vehicles, on a busy Saturday. After finding what I thought was THE ideal vehicle, I wanted to make certain I hadn't made an impulse purchase I told him, although I really found THE vehicle for me, I wanted to look around a bit and would return in one hour. Instead of being admonished, Parker thoughtfully suggested I add CNG's Midlothian location to my search because, as a larger location, they'd offer a greater selection. That was surprising and welcomed.At the point of arriving at the Midlothian location, I was greeted by Matt. Having recounted my choice from the Hull Street location, and Parkers suggestion, Matt walked the lot with me and suggested a vehicle that was even better than my previous selection.Enter, Scott (the finance guy). Having secured my own financing prior to engaging in any shopping, Scott suggested he would be willing see if he could find even more compelling terms. I was willing to take a look, and was able to literally drive away (pun intended) with even better terms. Additionally, being a finance guy at heart, he offered sage guidance regarding my financial path well beyond my vehicle purchase. It was all conducted in the most unobtrusive manner I've ever encountered in an automotive purchase.Finally, if my experiences with Parker, Matt and Scott weren't the most unique, then when Rudy entered the conversation, the circle was complete. With all of them being true car guys, and remember, this is after the purchase, my attention was shifted to the showroom where the immaculate 69 SS, the Ducati, and stunning custom cruise cycle graced the lobby. Then, Rudy allowed me to peek his personal dream coupe, which was more powerful and any I'd seen live...and I am a car guy.Suffice it to say, MO - while I didn't have the pleasure of making your acquaintance, your name was mentioned in every conversation, with every employee, as they hold you in such high regard. For me, that was the best testament to your business, and my shopping experience.In closing, while I closed my purchase on Saturday, I was back with a co-worker in the market for a good car and great term, on Tuesday. She was super excited, as well.I hope you'll take the time to allow Mo's team to WOW you...don't take my word for it...experience it. You'll be you did. I definitely am.

This place was super nice and friendly they made sure they helped me in every way they could , very great communication , very good patience , and made sure i felt very comfortable in the process . Thank you to parker , rudy , scott and the rest of the car n go team for their amazing efforts in getting me something to get around in for my kids . Amazing amazing amazing couldn’t have asked for a better place to purchase a car from . My daughter brought her first car and I have to say Scott and Antoine and everyone was absolutely Amazing!!! They work so hard in getting my daughter the car she wanted. I was so impress because it is so hard to find genuine people. They made you feel comfortable in asking all the question we had they explain everything to my daughter and made sure she understood. I would give 10 stars if I could. My son will also be getting his car from them. Thank you so much again.

Everyone inside was very nice and helpful. However, I was sold a car that needed a $600 repair a month later. Not only that but I hadn’t driven the car for two weeks so wear and tear is out of question. I can’t help but feel slighted and feel as if they “got over on me” never again.
