Paul set me up with a nice low mileage car at a great deal. When my plates came, he couldn't get in touch with me, so he personally took time to deliver them to my address. Excellent experience, would recommend it to anyone looking for a good deal on a car.

I flew out here to hopefully buy a Mercedes e320 station wagon, I live in Georgia and have been looking to find a nice one for awhile. Came across the one they had listed, I called, asked very a very specific question "are there any issues with it" & they said no, I told them I wanted to get it inspected & suddenly it was "in the shop" well they skirted the inspection company for a few weeks, up until I was up there. I know why they did it, because the car had brake issues, peddle went all the way to the floor! (They let me test drive it like that) & it was over heating. Now they knew I was from Georgia, and they really tried to get me to buy this car. My thinking is, they thought they could convince me, because otherwise it would've been a wasted trip. They even offered to come open the dealership early for me the next day before my flight if I changed my mind. I didn't, I was told the car had no issues, it has issues, I was told I could get it inspected, they intentionally skirted the inspection people. I know they have great reviews, and they were nice enough to talk to.
However, that Mercedes was nowhere near as described & in my mind they intentionally avoided the inspection company. I don't drive a nice car, I drive a 2004 Chevy cavalier base model, with paint falling off & covered in dents. My plane ticket to fly out to see that Mercedes cost more than the car I drive every day. I took out a loan to buy a car, first time I ever did that, the money for that flight, came out of the car loan because I was so sure I was gonna get it. Well, they lied to me about it, and that wasted 3 days of my life, and all the money that it took to fly out there. I am not a wealthy person, taking a flight just to look at a car isn't a small thing. It quite literally cost more to take that flight, than the car I drive every day. So while it may not be a lot of money to some, it is to me. For them to lie to me about the car, and then try to finesse me into getting it anyway, is ridiculous. I live in Georgia, so I'm never coming back either way. Which I think is part of why they tried to pawn that Mercedes off on me, I'm from out of state so they wouldn't have to see me again. Shady business practice. The whole experience has pretty much ensured I never buy from any dealership, ever. I've worked at a few, gone with my family when they bought cars, none of them had a great experience. I really thought that I'd luck out, I found a dealership with seemingly the exact car I wanted, in good condition (so they said) & at a fair price, and good google reviews. It seems like it's the perfect scenario, and it would've been. If the car was as described. If they would've let the inspection company inspect it like I paid for! I wouldn't leave this review, still wouldn't of bought the car, but at least I wouldn't of wasted money & time. But in my mind, they intentionally tried to take advantage of the fact I wanted a very specific car, and I'm from out of state. I guess they thought that if I was there, that I'd buy the car regardless. Well what I didn't tell them, is I went to college to build race cars and race engines. I have a very fast car at home aside from my cavalier, so let me tell you something. The braking system doesn't get air introduced to it for no reason, that car had a brake fluid leak somewhere on it, and they told me "probably just needs the peddle pumped" that didn't work, then they took it around back and tried to bleed the brakes for over an hour. I never drove the car again after the first time, so I don't know if the brakes felt any better, but I do know they had a leak in them, and this dealership was perfectly fine trying to convince me to drive the 13 hours home in the rain, with a car that had a brake fluid leak. Joe hazel helped me purchase this red beauty. They were very friendly and it’s tight knit. Paul and his wife cracked jokes and made conversation. The car was in very good condition with a new paint job they stayed in touch when delivering title and registration.

Paul is a good guy I bought a 2008 Buick lacrosse off him about a month ago and to be honest I’m in love wit the car couldn’t of asked for a better one , He explained everything to me about the car from the last owner , how long he has had it, and some more info on the car, the check engine light did come on the day after I bought it but it was only because the gas cap all I had to do was buy a new one. I recommend going to Paul all the time when ppl tell me they r saving or looking to buy a car I had a wonderful experience and I would like others to have the same!

I’m in love with my car. Her name is 2010 Crown Victoria PI. Paul introduced us last December and I’ve never had such a fulfilling relationship. She is my rock and my support. I shed happy-tears once a month for having 2010 Crown Victoria PI in my life.

Best dingdang car-buying experience I’ve ever had. Usually, I’m intimidated as heckolie when buying a car. The salesmanship ploys and the rigamaroo of negotiation stresses me out to no end.
But Paul put me completely at ease from the first moment. He was so attentive and never once pushed the sale. It felt like buying a car from a family member. He proactively addressed my questions and went above and beyond to ensure I had everything necessary for a grand time with my lady, 2010 Crown Victoria PI.
Seriously, y’all gotta buy cars from here. Seriously.

The positive reviews on here perfectly reflect our experience working with Paul this past weekend. My son was purchasing a new vehicle and had a clear budget in mind. The whole process was smooth, with no pressure. My son was able to drive away with the vehicle he wanted, in great shape, at a very reasonable price. I have never had a more pleasant experience on a car lot, ever. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a used vehicle come here first.

Their vehicles are way over priced for the amount of miles they have on them. We went there three times during business hours. Twice no one came out to greet us even though we were on their lot for at least a half an hour. The third time a guy came out of one of the locked doors, walked right past me and started talking to some guys that pulled up in a pick up truck. He said nothing to me nor acknowledged my presence. None one wants to be gang rushed by car salesmen but a "How are you doing, can I help you? Just let me know." would have been nice at some point. Their parking is horrible and they have several non running cars without evidence of any repairs taking place. I was ready to drop cash on a pick up truck but thankfully I went somewhere else and got a better deal and had a very pleasant buying experience @ Xclusive Auto Sales In Colonial Heights.

I can't say enough good things about this dealership. Paul and Kathy are great people. They both treat the customer with respect and don't try to add on extras to the price. Pleasant small town feel, located outside the capital area. We had driven from northern VA and were pleasantly surprised that the vehiclewas exactly as described. So we bought it, and will be recommending Car Castle to anyone looking for an honest vehicle. WORTH THE LONG DRIVE.
