Mr.Joe is a great and godly man. He has great cars. He has excellent customer service and is very knowledgeable and patient. I couldn’t get a car with no one I came to Mr. Joe and he help me so much. He is not like no other car dealer. He is a honest man that cares about his customers. I will not buy a car with no one else.

There is only one word that can describe by experience at Capital Motors on Belt Boulevard..... and thats AMAZING. Unfortunately my vehicle was stolen in July 2023 and not recovered. I then had a daunting task of looking for another vehicle. Joe was a pleasure to work with, always pleasant, and informative. I didn't feel rushed into purchasing a vehicle. I was hesitant and undecided in what I was looking for after the minivan I initially had my eye on was purchased. He answered my many questions. After multiple trips to Capital Motors, and a test drive I made my choice. I went in after work and left with a new vehicle and satisfied. Thanks again JoeP.S. I forgot to say that my mom purchased a vehicle from Joe about a year ago, and he remembered before I could even mention it!!!!

Knowing the process of buying a car is stressful I kept putting it off for longer than I should have. I got introduced to Joe and the experience was nothing but PHENOMENAL.
