Chris Johns Senior Vice President of Caanan Printing has strung me along for almost 3 months telling me my tags were ordered. Then they didn't come in because they were never ordered. Finally spoke with someone the other daywho said they were sorry they couldn't accommodate my order. Worst customer service/ relations I have dealt with.

We own a local plumbing company and needed some items, on what is probably a very small order. We were presented with the cost as well as a proof for our review. We placed the order on a Tuesday and we were told they were "hoping" to have it done by Friday. The order was printed , packed and shipped Wednesday afternoon. I love that this company exceeded our expectations and their own timeline. Special thanks to Sindi!

Absolutely lovely customer service and GREAT PEICE and they do email print offs, you just got to remind yourself they don’t make any money from a single page and it’s a big hassle for a big company to take that time out of the day to print you nickel copy if they do it for you just remember it is a favor. They do large scale, color printing not something you would have done at a library.... I would bet most of the advertising I see in the mail comes from a company likes this or very well may be this company...

I had a packet that I needed to have printed out before class. I was told they hate printing from email. Therefore, I now have to drive another 20 miles in the opposite direction because this "Printing" Company refused to print my documents. Don't waist your time on the ride nor the call. The "IT GUY" doesn't like the company to print from emails. Makes you wonder if the IT guy is the owner or just have his hand in the pot? Either or he's definitely cutting business ‼️. I'll never send anything else that way.

I have been using Canaan Printing from 12 years. There are cheaper alternatives, but I love their personalized service and the quality of their work!!

I have used Canaan Printing for a few years now and have been wanting to write a review for some time now. It's as simple as this....they are absolutely fantastic! I get prompt attention to calls, emails and requests. They are always willing to help and have amazing customer service. They even deliver directly to us which is a huge time saver! I deal directly with Chris mainly for all of our design and printing needs. He is very courteous and polite. When I am in a crunch, Canaan printing does everything they can to work with me to get my projects done asap and they have been a huge lifesaver many times as they work quickly to get my printing and copies to me fast. I worked for Canaan Printing back in 1990 and the owner acted like I had nothing better to do than to battle broken parts on his Hamada 600 duplicator press because he was too cheap to spend $48.00 to fix it. If the press was a status symbol like his Mercedes was I am sure it would have gotten all the attention in the world. His supervisor was the only one that has knowledge about production and should really be the one to own the business.

I needed an unusual printing job and was recommend Caanan Printers. The far exceeded my expectation. They did go beyond what we had agreed on and made an outstanding product. I will strongly recommend the to anyone and look forward to working with them from this point forward.
