Taylor made our first home purchase a breeze. He began our partnership with an intro and presentation on the home buying process which was very informative and helped answer all of our questions early on. When we were touring houses he was able to coordinate and respond to our requests quickly allowing us to view a lot of homes in a short time. When we did find the home we loved he kept us informed from offer to close. We really enjoyed working with him and would recommend him as a realtor to any other first time home buyers!

Cabell earned his keep with my family. I would consider us a harder client to work for due to high expectations and unwillingness to compromise. However, in spite of our burdens Cabell successfully managed the purchase of our dream property in Goochland and the sale of our rental in Short Pump. Both were hard fought and we greatly appreciated his tenacity.

While aimlessly scrolling Zillow one afternoon, I clicked on a link to "see this house today". I assumed that the seller's agent would contact me, but instead Brian Parker from CCG reached out to me - it would be a call that changed my life forever.For the last year and a half, I had been trying in vain to get contractors to return my phone calls to do some significant repairs on my existing house so that my mother could move in with me. As a single female, I was having trouble getting anyone to take me seriously and my existing home was falling further and further into disrepair.Brian, however, did take me seriously. And from the day that I fatefully clicked on that "see this house today" button to the day that I had an offer accepted on both a new house for me and my mom, as well as an above asking offer on my old house, was 9 days - let that sink in - 9 days!!!Brian made me feel like I was his only client. He worked around my schedule. We had late night calls to review documents. He had me over to his house for coffee and paper-signing. He was kind, patient, informative, funny, and clearly VERY GOOD AT HIS JOB. I would 100% recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell their house. This man is a SHARK in a 3 piece suit and I will forever be in his debt.

We were dealing with five different agents, doing a long distance search from Charlotte to Richmond. I will spare you all the details and they got complicated. Kirstein Webb clearly stood out. She was calm, thought strategically, good communicator, and had integrity! We saw the condo we wanted on Tuesday, 8/22 and closed on 9/1! Yes, she pulled off closing that fast and on the eve of a coming holiday. All the minute details were covered and she guided us through the fast paced closing. Experienced, knowledgeable and good to work with! Best quality-integrity!
