My warranty company received a used transmission from this auto shop to put in my vehicle. It was not even 3-4 months before it had problems, I brought it it, they claimed to have fixed it. 7 months later same issues, hard shifting. But now that the parts warranty is expired they will not cover it even though the transmission was never working properly in the first place and they are refusing to do the right thing.

Sent 2 bad reman engines that lasted less than 1000 miles each. They sent us 3 bad reman transmissions that lasted about the same. Terrible build quality. Terrible customer service. Takes months to get warranty replacement units. Would not recommend this specific engine and transmission remanufacturing company to anyone. I have no idea how they stay in business after seeing other google reviews on here. I’ve been in the auto repair business for 22 years. Never seen such low quality products from any company. I would report them to BBB but they are not accredited, for good reason.

Absolutely worst company to deal with. Sent defected transmission to a repair shop TWICE. Out without a car close to 2 months. Staff is not helpful. Phone line is straight to VM without no calls back. Sad... :(

BUYER BEWARE!! BUILD QUALITY IS NOT GOOD. THE 2 PURCHASES I MADE IMMEDIATLY HAD TO BE WORKED ON. 1 WAS BUILT WRONG AND HAD OIL SEALS POURING OIL, THE OTHER I HAD TO RETHREAD SPARK PLUG HOLES. FIND ANOTHER BUILDER IF YOU CAN. THEY WERE GOING TO MAKE MY CUSTOMER WAIT ANOTHER 4-6 MORE WEEKS TO BUILD ANOTHER ONE, INSTEAD OF HAVING A CERTIFIED TECHNICIAN PERFORM THE CORRECT REPAIR, AND ALSO SHORTING THE HOURS NEEDED FOR THE REPAIR, AND NOT PAYING FOR THE PARTS NEEDED.

Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had with any company. They've sent bad parts twice now and have been out of a car for 8 weeeks because they don't do anything fast.

We cant get thru to these people. They stall and do not pay the warranty cost. Now the car is not being released because they wont pay the bill. Customer servise is a stellar failure. Not only are they out of the country they hang up. So no help there.

My granddaughter is on her third used replacement engine. First one lasted 3,000 miles, second one arrived damaged, third one has about 2,000 miles on it but we have no expectations that it will last. First engine breakdown occurred over a thousand miles from home in a remote area presenting danger to her and the occupants of her car. This has costs thousands of dollars in personal expenses and she was without her car for five months, still making warranty payments as well as car payments. She had to travel 2,400 miles to retrieve her car once it was finally fixed. My experience with warranty companies whether it be auto, home, or appliances is DON'T DO IT! Put that money aside every month and deal with repairs as they arise.

Been getting my parts from them for 10 years. Good quality parts, fast shipping. Had a wheel bearing go out right away once and they shipped another right away. Great service. Definitely recommend them.
