Terrible! From the manager to employees nothing but rudeness! No customer service at all! Employees are cussing at each other in the joking way while customers are walking around. Who hires those folks??? Who picks the managers? Unbelievable!

Today I went to return a product I bought just two days ago, the worker there her name ( keairia) she said it was not from our store, I was shocked by her response because the address is on the receipt and when I told her the address on the receipt matching this store, she insisted that it is not their store address, I went out and looked at the door and made sure it was the same address, I went back to the store and asked her why she is lying, and I said I want to talk to the manager, she said she is the manager and I don't know if she is lying for the second time, but if the manager is like this then this is a disaster, and after she wasted a lot of my time she refused to return it with another stupid excuse, I was very nice to her but I was surprised by her saying, (do you know what I just don't want to return it take it and go)until another girl who works there passed by and when she heard the argument she asked about the reason and intervened and solved the issue, but I feel very surprised by that worker behavior, it is impossible for me to return to this store again and I will tell everyone around me about the badness of this store, keairia being nice doesn’t cost anything and you are works here you should behave better with the customer

One of the store managers was extremely rude, disrespectful, and bad-mannered towards my daughter and I just because she didn’t put an item back in the exact spot she found it and he was cleaning up that area! He should not be in the position of a manager or even working in any customer service job. He frightened my daughter and ruined our day out!!
