The teachers and front desk staff are AMAZING. Only reason I gave 3 stars and not 5 is because the center director could be a little more personable. She is always in her office and has minimal interaction, rarely speaks to parents, which comes off a bit arrogant. I think if she was more interactive with the parents, walking into the center would feel a little bit more welcoming.

My boys enjoyed every bit of their day when they attended BOJ. They loved it so much, they encouraged me (along with their teacher) to get a job here. I have been here for ten years now and am loving every minute of it!!

My son was at BOJ for 3 days and it was a miserable experience. He is 14 months old when starting and I was told on his 2nd that he was put in time out for “pinning other kids down”. My son has never been an a daycare before and I’m certain he was trying to hug the other kids. Also who puts a 14 month old in time out??? When addressing the issue with the teacher she gave me major attitude and told me that she was told to do that from the director. My husband would pick my son up and he was in the feeding chair watching coco melon at 5pm when the daycare closes at 6:30pm. Would not recommend!!!

It was such a mistake to put my son in this daycare. If you’re a parent and don’t want to know what your child does during the day, then this place is for you. do you not want to have communication with their teachers or director? Do you want your child’s belongings to be lost? Then this is the place for you. This place is awful. Your child’s development will be stunted if they come to this daycare.

My granddaughter class was shutting down for 10 Days due to someone came positive of COVID-19.Now daycare are asking for full payment for those days they close due to the incompetence of keeping our kids safe. We have to pay a family member to take care of my granddaughter all this days. This daycare are taking advantage of the this situation. Why we have to pay when they close the daycare all this time.

We cannot speak highly enough of Bundle of Joy! Due to the pandemic, we had to switch daycares several times in the first two years of life for our son. Out of all of those centers, it feels like we finally found our home with Bundle of Joy. The teachers are playful, kind, and genuinely care for your child as if it's their own. The facility is clean, the meals are balanced and the curriculum is fulfilling. Our child honestly loves it here and we look forward to many more years as a BOJ family.

I wanted to love the place. I REALLY did. We had friends that went here years ago and loved it. Not sure what changed... Being a prior teacher myself, I consider myself a pretty understanding parent, but this place does not put families first. They abuse their power. As soon as COVID hit, they took away their Vacation Policy that allowed families one week free tuition, and forced families to pay full tuition due to any closure. Their curriculum is poor (for the younger kids, they show a movie at the end of the day to keep them occupied), the food they serve isn't great, and their front office staff are absolutely useless (one woman in particular). They don't take communication seriously, and if you have to leave a message, don't expect a call back. If you're okay with a sub-par facility, then you may find this place suitable. Just know, you get what you pay for.... and less here.

By far the best decision I’ve made was to have my son come here! Amazing staff. My son adores all of his teachers and friends and I couldn’t ask for a better place for him to be! ❤️

We have been bringing our two children, ages one and three, to this Bundle Of Joy location on cottage Street for two years now.The staff are loving, kind, and attentive to our children. Outdoor play is a great factor in their program. They also offer singing classes which our daughter has enjoyed.

My son has been coming for the last 7 years. Always has a good time with the other kids. Ms. Hayes in the after school building is a gem of a teacher. Hope they can get more like her.
