What can I say of my visit here? Impressive, sophisticated, stylish one of a kind fine jewelry, leather handbags, accessories. This is top artisan heritage and one can only agree that Brighton is indeed a staple in the fashion industry.

The staff of Brighton at Short Pump is so kind and helpful! They always make me and my fairy hair customers feel so at ease in the store. I love their jewelry and sunglasses!! This store is my home away from home in Richmond. They are the best!

My wife lovrs Brighton's collection, so I love Brighton because it makes giving my wife some joy, that much easier. Their jewelry desighs are beautiful in silver and gold, charms, earrings, bracelets, necklaces, and beautifully embossed leather goods from compact wallets to large putse collections. The accessories are quite comprehensive. The staff at the stores provide exceptional customer service and warmth. I lived in New Orleans where there were no stores, so I called my friends in Columbus Easton Town Center and they shipped everything I wanted. Now my new friends at Short Pump are like a seamless transition. ????

I stopped in looking for something that was sold out on the website. The staff there were super nice and attentive. There was a young red headed girl that was familiar with what I was looking for and said.... Oh we have two of those left but they are sold out everywhere else! So I fortunately got one.Then, at the register they wrapped the gift at no charge.These people actually acted like they wanted to be there... what a concept!

Brighton boutiques are always a pleasure to browse and shop. Beautiful selection of silver jewelry and leather goods. The salesperson was personable and helpful, offered me bottled water and chocolate. She told me her name and asked for mine. Really took and interest in the customer without being aggressive.

Wow, the staff at this Brighton location is top notch! To set the stage, Brighton is a chain of specialty stores that are typically located in malls and airports. It offers higher-end accessories, including purses, shoes, jewelry, and other trinkets. Prices range widely, so shoes can be $150 whereas a pair of earrings can be under $50 and a purse can be upwards of $350. On my recent visit, I was looking for two gifts that I had spotted on the website. I was so happy to see that online, a potential customer could find which boutique has the item in stock. If the item you want to ship is a gift, there is also free gift wrap and a message field to add. Anyway, I went in person to see the compact mirrors I was hoping to buy. One salesperson greeted me immediately as I walked in, and she was very helpful in showing me every mirror the store had in stock. I zeroed in on the one I wanted, and it was another person, Tracey, who closed the deal. I mentioned I needed the mirrors sent as gifts to two different addresses, and she took care of me! She said the mirrors can be sent to the store and the gift wrap will be free of charge. She even handed me two Brighton-branded, blank cards so I could write a personalized note; they will be included in the packages before they get sent off! Tracey also gave me the latest store catalog so I could see the newer items in stock. I forgot to mention that I was also offered a tray full of goodies - a small water bottle, chocolate chip cookie, or a chocolate. I have never been to a store with that before. I really appreciate the water bottle. Overall, my experience here was amazing. The staff was above and beyond what I was expecting. The store itself is packed full of silver jewelry, fun bags, comfortable sandals, and other cute items. There were a couple of gift areas for items less than $30 and $50. Plus, this brand does coordination like no other, so you can buy an entire set of things to match. This is definitely a good spot to visit if you're looking for that special gift for someone or just an upgraded treat for yourself. Bottom line: The people working here offer the warmest service. I may go back just to see them again and buy a little gift for myself!
