“We made an appointment time t to try on Mother of the Groom dresses. Wow. This place is rocking on a Saturday. The lovely Teea (spelling unconfirmed) set my sister up in her own dressing room. We arrived 20 minutes early and were able to walk the floor looking at dresses. We picked out a total of five and waited 15 minutes beyond our appointment time t time to get the room. There was not a problem. There was a nice sitting area for us to wait our turn. And every staff member was focused on their guests. Tried on all five dresses and narrowed it down to two. The manager on the floor came over and asked questions focused on what my sister really wanted and what she was comfortable in. So nice! After making certain the dress met her comfort requirements - perfect dress purchased. Perfect experience from making the appointment time by phone to purchasing the dress. May have been busier than we would have liked - but we stayed focused and you don't really pay much attention to what's going on around you.”
