They have a customer for life and the reason is Greg. I feel compelled to write because my experience at BP yesterday was so exceptional and good people deserve to be recognized.I showed up late in the day, the week of Thanksgiving, in need of both a state inspection and an oil change. I was so late because I’d been at Urgent Care with a very sick toddler & my husband is out of town and I’m in town to help my dad who just had surgery… Needless to say it had been a long week and a hard day. So when I show up, late in the day, with a toddler and infant, all three of us sick and needing both a state inspection and oil change, I guarantee you that is the last thing this gentleman named Greg was hoping to see. But he simply said, “no problem, I got you.” He invited us in and completed both items without making me feel like a jerk or a nuisance. He could not have been kinder in a moment when I really needed kindness. I will be back to BP for any car service I need because not only do they do good work quickly but they are good, kind people, and that means everything.Thank you Greg.

From the owner of the Dark Blue 2016 Mustang to the older Indian man at the counter.I’ve been going to this gas station since I got my first car in 2019 usually once a week where I pay for 3/4’s of a tank of gas as I fill up with a 1/4 of a tank left.I have an EPAuto Waterproof Car Trash Can hanging from the back of my passenger seat that I have always emptied while refilling.Now, as of about 15 minutes ago around 6:20 PM I finished filling up my car with $60 worth of premium gas, checked my engine oil level and went to empty my trash can where I was yelled at as an older Indian man approached me from the chairs by the convenient store door yelling “No! Don’t empty here! This bag cost $30!”. Despite being confused I was very polite and complied with his request rather than start an argument.After paying $60 at this gas station then being reprimanded for placing a empty Gatorade bottle, a bag from Burger King, and some napkins in an empty green trash can I felt the need to share my experience.What else is a trash can used for other than trash??$60 of gas > than $30 trash bag

A front wheel suddenly started making a tremendous noise. When I pulled off the road to inspect neighbors sent me to nearby Pump & Church Tire and Auto. Even though the shop was busy and had vehicles on the lift, they took the time to check out the wheel and remove a piece of gravel that had gotten inside, all at no charge. I am eternally grateful for the way they were able to check out and fix the problem while I waited. Great folks!

My car was making noice front axel Patrick replace a wrong part they charged $600 + and still making noise when I come back he give me a new estimate of $380 and talked to me with bad words I complained the owner and he didn't fixed my truck ..I never go back to that place. Don't recommend.

Absolutely HORRIFIC experience! I've never experienced the level of rudeness and inappropriate behavior as I did today.Stopped in to play the skills game not realizing that it was close to closing time. After the money had been deposited into the machine, the attendant advised that he would not be able to pay out if I win as he had already counted money out for the evening. Not at all a problem as the machines issue a time stamped ticket of the money owed and from what machine.I go in today (two days later) to redeem my ticket and the same attendant refused to pay shouting "same day payout only!" I explained that he was the one who told me I would have to come back to redeem the ticket and he became belligerent.I retrieved the gaming owner information off of the machine and while sitting in the parking lot contacting the machine owner, the BP attendant approaches my truck and beats on the window!I've heard many horror stories about this station but never once had the same experience as others have described....until today. I've spent a couple thousand dollars in this establishment for fuel, snacks and automotive repairs. I will make sure the surrounding neighborhoods know what took place today and join others in their boycott of this establishment. I hope the $49.00 they stole from me helps keep their lights on.

They take cars for work and then do not do the work. I was told to bring my car in by 730am, which I did. No one called and told me that they could not complete the work same day as promised. When I asked why, I was met with a million excuses and rude language from the attendant. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!

The old foreign dude at the counter got mad because I threw some trash, (a cup, napkin and piece of paper) in the outside trash can that is right before you walk in. I told him I would buy a few things, but I needed to use the bathroom first. He said the bathroom didn’t work. He was hateful. I smiled and said, “Oh ok. I see!” I walked toward the door to leave and he told me to take the trash I threw away with me. He was playing Christian music over the speakers outside. There was just an overall creepy feeling in the place. He was rude and he lost about $100 in business because my husband was going to get gas from him as well. I guess those few pieces of trash going into the trash can outside was the deciding factor. Strange, but Oh well! Such is life! ?

I had a slow leak in my tire and took it to them to check if there was a nail in it and they told me there wasn't. I had a friend take my tire off and the nail was right there, as obvious as ever! They didn't even check it and charged me for it.

I recently helped a friend who had driven from NoVa to Richmond and knew her brakes were not right. We called 5 places and this one was the only one willing to make room in the schedule to look at the brakes right away. He had it fixed in less than 24 hours and it cost less than quoted! Patrick was so kind, polite, efficient, knowledgeable and honest.I highly recommend this shop!
