I was given a 25.00 BP gift card last month and decided to use it on the 26th. Well I went to thus location and used it so I thought. Got in my car and had no gas. I immediately went back in and told the clerk that checked and didn't understand why but informed me to check back in 2 weeks. Well I did and the owner Mr. Dee wasn't there but spoke with me via phone call. To make a long story short Mr. Dee and I spoke a couple of times and each time he was very pleasant and always made me feel as though he'd get to the bottom. So I was asked to come in today he would be in. I had all of the information as to when and how much was taken from the card to show him. He allowed me to explain again and Saud he wasn't sure what happened but he apologize and turned the pump on and gave me the 25.00 and said he'd deal with the gift card. He throughout the ENTIRE ordeal was very kind and never made me feel as though I wasn't going to get my gas or that I was scamming him. He was the PRIME EXAMPLE of an HONEST and TRUE BUSINESS person. He made sure his customer was satisfied nomatter what the cost and for THAT I TRUELY APPRECIATE HIM. Although I don't travel or use RT 5/ NEW MARKET RD . Because of his BUSINESS ETHICS AND MORALS. If no place else I will be a customer at his BP.
That's how businesses should be conducted. Although some people try to scam but I pray Good will never allow any to cross his door seal.

Sign says open at 530 but nobody gets here until almost 6 why advertise it if it's not what you're going to do let alone most of everything is overly expensive 4 wings for 5 dollars drinks as well hell 711 across the street is the way to go then if this what you have to deal with they keep regular deals

Terrible. Diesel pumps have been broken for a month. Employees don't care. Go across the street to 7-11.

This place is great! Friendly staff, clean, fantastic new beer walk-in. Everything at the meal counter is also freshly made there and very tasty. The fried chicken is well-known by all the locals.

I prefer this BP gas station over the one near my work. This place is clean, has friendly employees and most important of all I feel safer here. Another plus is the gas is less expensive compared to the other place by 20 cent's.

I never thought a gas station could be so horrible. And if you need a receipt for your gas don't come here. Customer service is the rudest I've ever experienced.

I was amazed with their restroom! They should've put a sign saying...Luxury restroom! It is brand new and squeaky clean! Great place for a stop. They even have tables

Don't EVER stop here! The employees are rude, NONE of the pumps EVER have paper to print a receipt on, the property is dirty and poorly lit, and they rarely have a squeegee to clean your windshield. Go anywhere but here.
