Rene and the crew are always there when you need
anything, anywhere and anytime.
Always making their customers happy with doughnuts every week (Wednesday) and decorating the shop for every holiday just for fun. They stay busy which is a good thing and always make the time to take care of your ride like it its their own.

After a double-fender-bender a lot was left to be desired in terms of my vehicle. It was all mangled up but after the work done by Boulevard Tire it is finally perfect and also has that original solid feel when I drive. Rene was/ is amazing. Great communicator. Very empathetic. Very knowledgeable. Made me feel okay during all of this even though my insurance company was being a silly butt!

I moved to Richmond 5 years ago and was really trying to find a trusted auto shop for the first year or so, and then I found this place! As a woman, I feel it’s often difficult to trust people at auto shops and being able to talk to Renee about my car issues made me feel comfortable taking my car here. She and the entire staff are absolutely incredible at what they do.
I’ve always been able to get my car in within a day or two of calling and making an appointment. Whether it’s new tires, general maintenance or brakes/shocks, they’re speedy and efficient, and when things may take a little longer they always call to let you know. Not to mention they have great competitive prices, and are up front about costs from the get-go.
I’m sad to be moving away from Richmond because I’ll have to find another place to take my car, and it’ll be hard to beat their quality of service!

This is the shop to use. Awesome customer service. Friendly staff. Fair prices. Blow out on the way through Richmond. Found me a tire, suggested a hotel nearby, expedited tire delivery and had me back on the road first thing in the morning. Shout out to Waller (?) who went out of his way to help.

Couldn’t recommend this place enough. I’ve been to multiple car shops in the area the past 2 years and no one could ever tell me what exactly was wrong with my car and had me pay for things I didn’t even need done, but THIS PLACE found the source of my problems with my car and stayed very transparent not taking advantage of my time and money. My car is in the best shape it’s ever been!

Needed a tire while passing through Richmond (flat on the Interstate) on a family vacation. Luckily stumbled upon Blvd Tire. They got us back on the road in no time with exceptional customer service and quality of work. As a bonus; the VA Children’s Museum and the VA Science Museum are both a 5 minute walk away, so made for a very pleasant afternoon. In fact; Blvd Tire finished the tire job before we even finished the museum!

I recently had a bad experience with a shop I have used regularly for the past 8 years. I received an estimate for nearly $3,000 in repairs that I was going to need. When pressed, they let me know that most of the repairs were not actually needed to pass the inspection. They were "recommended" repairs. They told me only one item had to be done to pass, and it was a $1200 repair. I did not feel great about the way they tried to upsell me on what should have been an in and out state inspection, so I asked them to reject me so I could get a second opinion.Enter Boulevard Tires and Auto. My second opinion. I dropped my car off this morning for an inspection. I was greeted by the friendly front office staff, offered a cup of coffee, and a doughnut and was told they'd get to it right away. Within the hour, they let me know that the only thing I needed to replace was an $8 bulb. The estimate was very straightforward with no attempt to upsell me on any other parts or services. I was out of there about 30 minutes later. I am so relieved.Boulevard Tires and Auto went from my second opinion to my first choice for my automotive repair and maintenance needs. Highly recommend this place.

Unexpected flat tire with car full of groceries on a hot day. Boulevard Tire was busy but patched my tire and I was on my way. Super kind. HIGHLY recommend!

Front desk receptionist was very kind and check in was super easy. Called to schedule my appointment and they were able to get me in the next day. Dropped off and it was done within 2 hours. Reasonably priced. I will be returning for future services!

Leaving a review for Boulevard Tire is the very lease that I can do. I want to take a moment to share the great experience in bringing my vehicle in to this establishment. I was lead in because I was in the need of some tires for my vehicle- it had to have been shortly after 4:30pm & I was greeted warmly by Waller, told him what I was in need of- he took his time explaining in details about the tire & provide me with different quote (he even told me that I could check around with other places to compare quotes). After calling a few places to check quotes, I decide to let Boulavard Tire go ahead and service my car the very next morning with the tires (again Waller assist me). I asked what would be the turn around time for my vehicle to be ready - thinking it would take a couple days or so. I also needed state inspection, alignment, oil change, & some other stuff. Mind u that I did not have an appointment scheduled or anything. Waller said that he & their team would have my vehicle ready that same day & they kept their word to me. BIG SHOUT OUT to WALLER and their ENTIRE TEAM for making this happen for me. The fact that the first day I came in b4 closing time to get quotes and didn't get rushed out, Waller explained in details to me regarding the tires & service I needed, the fact that he didn't pressure me that I had to get them to do the work, with no appointment & I got everything I needed done was absolutely exceptional work.... I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS & I will be back to get my vehicle serviced...... From a Happy Customer-Crystal
