This please deserve zero stars they are a bunch of con artists first sold me a modem that the password doesn’t work to customer service cannot help me boost refuses to help me i’m stuck with an activated modem that has an incorrect password so I’m paying $100 for a service I cannot use how simple would it be just to trade the modem out! Look on the receipt was told I was getting a free speaker and they charge me for it! Don’t waste your time or your money they will rip you off I’m going to the Better Business Bureau people like this should be out of business

Bad service, my phone I bought at best buy and I tried to activate it and they always tell me that it is not compatible that I should buy a new better phone from them or try another chip that costs 25 dollars they only want to sell me their products and they don't want to activate my phone

Sad to see ppl leave bad comments because they don't understand policies or simply upset because they break their own phones or can't use their own phone blocked because they owe money from their previous carrier. Jose was very professional and went above and beyond to explain services and my purchase. Very hard to work to retail these days and please very nasty ppl. Saw that myself during my visit smh. Thank you Jose!
