I bought a boost Mobile fhone on October 2021Model Moto G Stylus, with unlimited plan, senseThe very first day I had issues with it, try several times to solve my problem, they never fixed instead I got into a bigger problems with worstFhone company ever. Costumer Service won't help you, time goes by and at the end make me buy a different fhone ,some cheap fhone A02s.On January 7 2022 got hacked at this store with$ 815°° plus the price for the two fhones $ 570°°

Came in because I needed a 5g phone. CeeCee was very helpful. She made sure all my stuff was in my phone and took her time explained stuff to me while she helped other customers. She was working by herself. She gave me excellent customer service. Thank you.

Very disappointed!! I called the Southside plaza location about purchasing a sim card for my device and was rudely told that "I have customers." Ok I am a customer and a customer of 20 years to be exact. So, I drove to the store to ask the same question and was told to go to walmart to purchase a Sim card. I felt like the store associate didn't want to help me, So I called another boost mobile store for assistance. Long story short, I was about to purchase a Sim card from the Meadowdale boost mobile store and received great customer service. #unprofessional #badcustomerexperience #rude

One phone call to this location and faith restored! I was ready to switch to a different provider after dealing with the guy at the Jeff Davis location. Thankfully a helpful associate at this location provided me the needed information in less than 5minutes!! Thank you for having the best boost associates in the city.
