Manager very Very rudeBoost Mobile Customer service and activation we're down for over a month, I dropped my phone and replace it try to activate on my own but it would not happen took it to the store manager saidad he would charge me $50 To activate . I told him that after 13 years with Bruce mobile I would need to switch cprayers because he was unable to help me not because I didn't know how to do it but because their system was down. So boost Can Thank him for losing a customer.

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICES. Helped me Switch from MetroPCS. They gave me a free phone, transferred and my info from my old phone to the new one and I am paying less with better service.

After leaving the Boost Mobile on Concord we came here. We were treated very nicely and helped with wonderful service. I will come here everytime. Great service, very knowledgeable about the phones and assisted my husband with his phone and me also with my phone. This is the store you want to go to.
