The music they play is horrible but the staff is friendly and helpful and for the price , it can't be beat!

Good price ($10 day pass), tonnes of heavy weights and old (but gold) machines. Even has a shower. And as others have said, good playlist as well. Highly recommend. I have a video tour of the gym on my YT @a_true_menace
