the facility at 360 west is ajoke.they take your money and then don't give you access to your unit even though you have paid your rent ahead of time.i never had this problem with the previous management. i would not recommend this facility to anyone

Great place when you need to store stuff. I'm not sure if I got a special or if it's always available but as a new customer I got buy one month get one month free on my unit!
