The customer service at the blue and gray storage on 9 mile road is very poor to say the least I was unable to get out of the gate so I walk up to the house to ask the lady in the house today can you let me out of the gate and she said well how are you got in as a way you should get out and then proceeded to close the door I would not recommend the storage unit

Rented a space for 8 months, paid for 12 when it came time to get paid back for the other 4 months no one knew what to do, who to call or anything. They told us they were unable to provide a number to the corporate offices as that was "top secret", and said there manager would be back at 5pm, we waited there until 5pm but sadly their "manager" was late for work, and decided to not show up at all. We are still waiting for our payment for the 4 months we didn't rent to be paid back. It seems like if you have any complicated situations, I would recommend staying away, as they are unable to process anything past the, average day work.
