This review is for the darling Chloe that helped my daughter out in the optical department. She’s a wonderful kind woman. My daughter has extreme social anxiety and doesn’t talk to many but she talked to Ms. Chloe. She’s a true gem.

On August 17, 2023 Employee who is to review your cart and receipt at the front door as you exit the store took a picture of my receipt with her personal cell phone. When I asked why, she said so that she could earn points on an app called Fetch. She explained to me that she would get gift cards from Fetch but it did no harm to me! I feel that she should not be rewarded for a purchase that I paid for! I reported her to management in person that day and was told the manager would arrive in 30 minutes and he would call me. Then when no call, I called back 3 more times over next several days, and shared my experience each time and left messages. No response! I called again today to cancel my card because woman who took picture of my receipt now has my membership number. Manager on phone said he never got any messages to call me and he would forward the situation to corporate HR. Due to poor management, no follow through, and unethical, dishonest practices of employees, I will discontinue my membership and shop elsewhere.It is a shame because I enjoyed shopping at BJs for years!

Been a member a few years back, glad we gave them another shot, walked every aisle and saw great savings, great to see a wholesale club passing on great deals w/o packages starting at $19.99. Place was neat straight and clean on a Sunday morning. Sorry Costco you lost my membership $.

I visited the store on a Monday afternoon, this time is suitable for shopping calmly, there are not many people and the service boxes are available. If you have a membership card, you must scan it before starting to scan your products. There is an area of empty boxes that you can take for free to take your purchases. Bags are not delivered or sold. Here is a gas station for Bjs members where the price per gallon is cheaper. It only works with a membership card. I love coming here to buy a wholesale producer with good deals.

My spouse was singled out by whoever checks receipts today 12/17/22 around 11:45 a.m. The man counted her items and kept counting 16 instead of 14 as her receipt said. He proceeded to count out loud as a line was forming and counted her empty water bottle which she brought from home (since this is a wholesale store, I’m not sure why he thought a single water bottle was a purchased item). When she pointed this out, he apologized and counted again out loud. This time he counted 13 items instead of 14! In total, he counts about 5 times as people are lined up behind my spouse and watching. He tells her she can go back to customer service as it appears she must have charger herself twice. She asks “wouldn’t it just be more efficient if you compared the receipt to my items in the cart?” He said “Oh we don’t do it that way.” She said she was ready to leave, rightfully so, and took her receipt. We counted the items as we placed them into the trunk, and what do you know, there were 14 items. Apparently the person they have to “prevent loss” doesn’t know how to count and needed to practice multiple times at my wife’s expense. My wife is a fully disabled vet who has been shopping at this store over 3 years and this experience was humiliating for her. Absolutely unacceptable.

Few items cheaper than nearby stores, Most items same price or more expensive. Pamphlets don't tell price just how many dollars are taken off some unknown price. Won't stop filling my mailbox with trash mail. Will complain on BBB

For a small family that I have Bj’s is perfect for me. Although other wholesale stores offer more variety… not to mention so crowded, bj’s isnt crowded at all and it works for me just fine. Staff are real friendly! And Rachel is a very helpful supervisor, super nice too!

I've been coming here since I relocated from fort bragg and while some staff is friendly, other staff will follow a person that looks like me around in self checkout. It happened again by someone that doesn't look like me who was barely doing her actual job. After she completed her blatantly obvious and racist theft control check, she proceeded to get on her cell phone and scroll social mediaUpdate: Bjs now comes with armed security and much higher prices. This will be my last year shopping there.

From out of town. Our local Sam's club and BJ's will scan courtesy card for us once we show them our app at gas station. This station told us to go into store to get a card. These guys especially George sit in the kiosk watching movies instead of helping customer. Talk about poor customer service. I have video of the conversation which i will be uploading on social media to expose how abysmal to store is performing

This establishment is the worst I have ever seen, first I would like to start to say staff is rude, lazy, incompetent and the lists goes on. My daughter worked there and was disrespected by a much older female, in which it was not handled correctly, the female cursed my daughter in front of a customer because she was asked to assist in which her being on the front line with the over ride key, why should it be a problem, when it’s your job to get the customers in and out. Not to mention she has not been paid in two months. She and myself has been reaching out to both the hr manager and the floor manager in which they have been lying weekly saying that it will be in the mail Friday, and Friday comes and there is no checks. Whenever you call to ask for corporate number and the individual that does payroll there is never a name or number given, however as being the manager you will say that you reached out to her but can’t seem to remember her name or her number, how ironic is that but you are in upper management. Starling drive location is the worst for the customers and staff. Managers tell you very casually that you better stay in my good graces cause they have control over who is put in the schedule. It’s a BIG CIRCUS WITH A LOT OF CLOWNS!!!!!!!!!!!

Great quality here at this big box store! Recently we stocked up on "emergency" staples: canned goods, rice, pasta, paper products, batteries, soups, water, etc. We spent a pretty penny, but it was worth it. There are tons of coupons honored here, but it's easier to download the app to avoid all those coupon books! They had a special where is you spent over $150 (which is easy to do here) between certain days in November, you can come back with your online receipt, and get a free Butterball turkey up to $25 value. We were able to receive 2 turkeys, one of which we froze. What a nice benefit for being a member here @ BJ's. The membership fees are reasonable and you can share your membership with family. The bakery section is scrumptious, the meat department is pretty good, and the produce is excellent. They also have a decent electronic and tech area, and the seasonal aisles are always fun! Unlike most of these "warehouse" type stores, there is no snack shop @ BJ's. The restrooms need more attention than the employees give them, which is a managerial issue to be sure. They should definitely be checked more regularly. Another issue I've noticed here though, is that they never have enough help. There are long lines, and it seems they'd rather have customers self check-out rather than hire adequate staff. But, since this huge bulk store is close by, and the gas prices are good, I prefer this place over Costco or Sam's Club!

1st time there , it was Circus Circus , waiting in line for 15 minutes, for a question 1 register, open while they were in training no no no canceled my membership wasted my time and money, now I believe in reviews .
