I don't know the gentleman's name but he helped me figure out a store order pickup that another store messed up. He was very helpful and polite when I was a little upset. I needed the item that night and he was able to cancel the pickup order and figure out a way to not charge me double.

I scheduled an appointment to get the back of my cracked iPhone fixed a week in advance. Once I got there the next week for my appointment, they made me wait a full hour and a half before even saying anything to me. After waiting for so long, they told me that they didn’t have the part so they couldn’t fix my phone. So essentially, after driving 40 minutes there and 40 minutes back, and waiting for an hour and a half on my day off, I walked out of the store with a still broken iPhone. I was questioning why they didn’t call me to let me know that they didn’t have the part in stock, because when you make an appointment they clearly ask what it will be for, which I stated. I asked if there was anything else they could do for me to which they declined. I was upset and asked to speak to a manager but they were “busy”, and I was told to call later in the day. I called the number and it was a call center who informed me that they have to way to transfer me to the store. They did inform me that they could schedule a call back from a manager from the store for me within 2-8 hours, but it’s now been a day and I’ve yet to receive any call. I’ve been a loyal Best Buy customer, buying both of my expensive PCs, xboxes, etc, but I will no longer be a customer here and will advice my family against Best Buy as well. Customer Service is so bad nowadays.

Ordered kitchen suite twice. Each time I was given a delivery date then a week or so later received message that delivery was delayed. I find this to be both disingenuous and unprofessional.

Every time I order a tv and they are supposed to bring it to my vehicle, they don't. They take so long to bring it out that I end up going into the store. I love the tvs, though.

I knew what I wanted before going. Good signage led me to the exact spot. I found what I wanted and a no line checkout. In and out in 5 minutes. Fantastic
