I would give less then 1 star because there customer service really sucks. Prices on several of there items were all marked at a certain price but can up even higher at the register. When I went to take a picture of all the price labels they still would not honor the price they had on the shelf. No wonder the have such a low rating in stars. I will never shop there and I hope people are smart enough stop going there as well!!!!!

I called them and told them I was in an online class I had left my MacBook charger on the train and needed one. They made me buy it online. They wouldn’t put it upfront with my name on it even though my little brother was going to take 20 minutes to get there. so I bought it online and they said they put it upfront when my little brother got to the store. It was not upfront. He was at the store for an additional 20 minutes while they prepared the order. my computer died and I lost a lot of time in my class. It was not the only one there when my brother got there. There was multiple options to choose from They wasted my time

The staff are very helpful as soon as you enter. They were willing to provide as much information as they could about the product purchased.

The initial reason I went in to Best Buy, I ended up not buying. But I remembered I needed another piece in equipment which I ended up purchasing. I appreciate the help of the store associates. I wish the store had one section for the their clearance. Or in each corner of the store. One clearance section was an aisle, one was an end cap, one shelf over here, one pile on the floor over there. A little confusing. Overall, it was a good shopping experience.

I’ve been coming to this bestbuy since it’s near my work. I live in Henrico, bestbuy in VCC and the one on broad street always have very sparse selection, never exactly what I’m looking for. Since I’ve been visiting all of the employees have been super helpful and inventory always stocked to the brim. I’ve picked up close to 10 + pc parts from this location. Most of the associates have told me they’ve never seen this treasure make it to the shelves… today I hit the goldmine. Thank you bestbuy on Koger Center and thank you to the employee that put it behind the cage when it was most likely supposed to be in the back. You’re a godsend.
