The place is great inside, clean bathrooms , very spacious, and plenty of seating. However, I give it 4 stars because of the lack of organized parking. I attended a large event and after driving around for 15 minutes, I had to create a parking place across the street.

Big Ben's Home Court is easy to find and has decent parking thanks to an empty lot next door. It appears to be maintained well given my minimal knowledge of what makes for a good basketball training facility. We visit this location for a local youth basketball league. The kids have a lot of fun and enjoy their time playing. We always have a seat but the bleachers are minimal compared to a high school gym. The bathrooms are reasonably maintained but could be nicer. I'm not sure who works at the gym and who works with the youth basketball league, so I can't comment on the staff or service other than we haven't had any problems with this location all season. There are a few vending machines that could use a few more healthy and natural options. We haven't been in the locker rooms, but they are on-site. I do wish they would open both doors, and not just one side, so people can go in and out at the same time. It's nice that the gym can be split so four teams can play and practice half-court or full-court at the same time. It's also nice that the rim height is adjustable. IMHO, it's a nice location for youth basketball!

Great place for kids to play ball. HYBL pays to play here. Great gym, pretty good refs (for the most part). Idk who else plays here but we have Bitty Ballers up to MS. GREAT TIMES.

They have two basketball courts in this gym. Out of four rims, three of them are severely bent. We came here for a tournament that was hosted here. The floors are very dirty and dusty. There is not good lighting in this gym either. Parking is crazy. Not many spots, especially when having a tournament. I have been to over a hundred gyms across the US. And never have we played in a tournament where all the rims are bent except one. Parents spend a lot of money to travel for basketball. Having a clean gym, proper lighting and proper equipment, should be a number one standard. That's what we expect. I know Ben Wallace does not know the quality of this gym. Ain't no way! Unless they fix these issues, I hope our organization does not play here again. Now the plus side. The staff were very friendly and interactive with everyone. They were very professional and organized.

The bleachers are small for adult seating. The concessions should never run out. The basketball room closest to the door is bent. There needs to be more parking.
