THE ROOM WAS $70 AND I SAW WHAT LOOKS LIKE BED BUGS...AND A TOILET SEAT WHICH SHOULD BE REPLACED..They should give my money back at check.out...but my relative had no choice which is a whole other situation. But I intend to send the health department there!! People paying $70 should not be walking into a nasty room. And it wont allow u to move beyond questions ita nor fit for any HUMAN TO STAYRooms: I Have pictures dirty not not for a pet to sleep.. I have nothing good to say. Sad people had no choice but to stay...but its not going to be simple. You pay to have a clean room not filthy!!!

Owner offered to sell me drugs. He offered to “sell my body” to cover rooms costs. Drives a white Audi SUV. I have seen him approach other young women as well.

The rooms are nice the staff is friendly the people here are cool and it's a good value u can get a room here for $60 I'd definitely recommend it to anyone who just has to stay in Richmond for a night u got to call they don't do reservations but I'd tell y'all to call them first

I've stayed in some really gross places before, but the Belmont Motel is definitely the worst experience I have ever had. Every appliance in the room was broken and the bedsheets weren't changed prior to check in. When I got there there was another person's pubic hair in my bed. I went to the front desk to ask for a new room or sheets. Was told the housekeeper was gone and I would have to change the sheets myself.
They refused to give me a refund despite charging me full price for a pube covered room in the middle of a pandemic.
There was a violent domestic dispute happening in the room next to me all night, but no one from the front desk could be reached for help. The attached photos show what $65 will get you at this place.
The health dept should really shut them down.
