Had my comforter cleaned here not to long ago. I still had spots left after the cleaning was done and had to wait an extra week to get it back. Was not very happy with what happened and the extra time I had to wait for their services to be completed.

OVER CHARGED. My family and I have given loyal business to Bellevue Dry Cleaners since we arrived in Richmond three years ago. Last week I brought two pairs of pants in for a simple alteration (to their new location on Lakeside Ave). When dropping the items off, the lady in charge quoted a price of $36 dollars for this work. I though the price very high at the time, but agreed to proceed. Today when I went to collect the items I was told that the price would be $44. When I mentioned to the woman (she was same as has given me original quote) that I was previously quoted the lower price, she acknowledged this and told me that her seamstress had charged her more and that she needed to pass that price increase on to me. I mentioned to her that in business (at least the way I ALWAYS do business) one honors a quoted price. She was not interested in hearing my side of this and insisted that I pay the $44. Which I did. Because she left me no choice. There are plenty of other good choices out there. We will NEVER, EVER spend another DIME with Bellevue Dry Cleaners.

Went on Friday to drop off a jacket to have sleeves taken in. Was told the tailor had gone home for the weekend and she would return to work between 9am and 6pm. Lo and behold I returned the following week at 11 am. She was not there. The clerk asked if I had made an appointment!? It was the same man who had instructed me to return between 9am and 6pm. Good riddance.

Fast, courteous and knowledgeable. I have used the for many services. They always keep you up to date with issues and when your can pick you items up. Excellent craftsmanship on hemming and alterations.

Once I got in my car I checked my clothes an I notice that my shirt was steal dirty when I picked it up it had light stains all over it an they said that's all they could do when I walked back in but yet they still charged me as if it was clean an this is not the first time this has happened at this cleaners I wouldn't recommend this cleaners to know one...If u can't clean something let the client know don't try to partially clean it an iron a dirty item BELLEVUE CLEANERS!!!!!!

Exceptional service, consistent service, over and over again. I love going here, people are friendly, first name basis. They know my name as soon as I walk in the door. They deliver my dry cleaning. They know my name when I call. I get consistently excellent service. It's a local neighborhood drycleaners like the old fashioned service used to be. Will never go anywhere else!
