Excellent customer service ! I have used them twice now and each time I was surprised by the helpfulness and respect they gave. Never seemed annoyed by the amount of questions I asked.. whoever answered the phone today was also extremely respectful and helpful.. all around a great business. Will continue to use.

first of all for the tags you have to pay $500 not included in the down payment like most REAL dealerships .. which i paid on a thursday… they told me i couldn’t get them til friday . FRIDAY gets here now all of a sudden it’s a problem that i’m getting my tags late . later on during that day i’m calling because where is my tags ?? for them to tell me that they can’t find my title . why would you sell a car without the title ?? BAD BUSINESS. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE . & LIARS.

First time buying a car, Aman sold me a car with a bad engine, I didn't drive the car much the four days it would actually run because I only had my learners at the time, the fourth day the car cut off on me while on the road, the power steering went out and I had to get it towed to my house and from my house to his shop for him to tell me the motor is bad and he has the same one on his lot and can replace it for $2000 after already giving him $4500 and owing him $700 I wasn't going to pay $7200 for a 2011 Chevy Malibu so I didn't want to keep the engineless car he sold me yet he couldn't even reimburse me $2500 or $2000. Bad business he knew the engine was bad when he sold it to me and it had no oil no gas, needed coolant.

I ordered a transmission from these guys and what a horrible experience. First off I waited 2 weeks the owner lied to me many times about when it would be ready after 4 trips to the shop the lady just admitted they couldn't get it pulled for me? Soo why did the take my money in the first place and waste 2 weeks of my time. This place is a joke and I don't recommend anyone going here worst experience ever!!!Service: Transmission replacement

Horrible experience buying my first car through Aman from BD auto repairs and sales. I put $4500 into a car as a down payment on a 2011 Chevy Malibu with around 145k miles on it, I didn't have my full license yet only learners so I barely drove it and even barely driving it on the fourth day it broke down and cut off and wouldn't start, I took it to someone I trusted and they said the whole engine was bad and to take it back to who I bought it from. I do that and he tries to make me pay $2000 more after I paid the car off for a new engine saying the car will be driveable by next week, I call him the next week he says his mechanic no showed the whole week and that he will find someone else to do it I call him back the following week and he doesn't answer days in a row. Still don't have the title either because of the new engine payments even though the car itself has been paid off.
