The staff here are great but so, so overworked. There's never more than one teller and always a huge line.The manager asking everyone if they can use the ATM is not helpful. Bank of America can afford to pay more people.

Don’t go to this branch the people there don’t take the time to help u they rather send you out the door then to help you I hand to go to the laburnum location to get good service

Whats the sense of closing 4pm? What am i supposed to do, take a personal day everytime i need to go at the bank?Not even the atm is open. Absurd.

Honestly I wish I could give this place a 0. The customer service here is an absolute joke. I received a check from my insurance company who unfortunately banks with Bank of America, I however do not. Obviously an insurance check Like the one issue to me typically come from car accidents. Well Being I was in a car accident my car was to this check cash in order to go purchase a new car. Just to make sure I called around to a couple Bank of America's to make sure that I could cash the check there. Upon to coming to this specific location coming into this specific location The original teller I was working with was about to finish processing the check and cash it. Out of nowhere for whatever reason the manager of the site approached her and told her to stop and not cash this check. She then proceeded to tell us that the check or we were not showing up in her system yet and that they could not cash the check. She then advised us to come back an hour later because their systems needed to update. so we left and contacted USAA If the check was OK to be cashed which USAA advise us the check had been cleared since the 18th. Today is the 25th. According to them everything was fine they Didn't understand what the hold up was even agreed to speak with them if they needed to. We came back to this location 3 hours later just to give them a little bit of extra time and once again we're greeted by the rude manager who said "oh you're back?" She was very unprofessional and very rude. She looked at us as if we were trash for whatever reason. Once again upon trying to cash the check she began to degrade USAA and advise us they didn't know what they were talking about that it dealt with the payroll department not whoever we spoke with. First off we never told her whom we spoke with at USAA she just addumed. Before we could get another word in she again denied cashing the check. We then offered to call the insurance company for her and have her verify it directly with USAA. We understood that she couldnt accept our phone being passed to her due to not being able to confirm the identity of the other person on our line. However our insurance was willing to speak with them and was on standby for a call from the bank directly. once again she refused. Needless to say she was the most unprofessional and rudest manager we have ever delt with. Thanks to her I am now another day behind on purchasing a new vehicle another day wasted. This has caused me extreme anxiety and money. let's just say i will be contacting my attorney. This woman has single handedly caused me so much issues do not go to this location. DO NOT BANK WITH BANK OF AMERICA!!!!!!

If I could rate no stars i would. Absolutely trash, they refused to cash a check issued by their bank due to one of my last names not being on it. I informed them that as of the previous day i was divorced and was issued a name change order. They still refused. The manager could have done an over ride to issue my funds but she refused. She came to the window with a ugly look on her face. I don't know if it is because i am a POC as i have never had an issue cashing a check from the bank it came from without having an account with them before using only one of my last names. They wanted me to open an account with them but with the standing this bank has currently and previously i would never. The bank is untrustworthy and the employees were unhelpful.

Scheduled an appointment with a notary. The notary left before I arrived, 5 minutes before our appointment. They asked me to wait 10-15 minutes until he returned. No thanks. Not returning to this location.

I am a new customer to Bank of America this morning I went into this branch and had the worst experience ever for this to be my first time the teller was very rude and refused assist me on getting a bank card she told me I could do it on my phone and it would be mail like the first one in a very sarcastic manner I explain too her I needed the card today and not in the mail I was very unhappy with the service..
