This place is trash! Was written a check from a friend. The wrote it out of their savings. We traveled an hour 1 way and paid $14 in tolls to get this check. We deposit it into our bank which isn't Bank of America and they immediately put a hold on it saying they have information that the check might not be honored. We'll that's exactly what happened. They reversed the check and never ONCE contacted the person who owns the account. I had to call them and tell them the check didn't clear. When they called Bank of America they said " oh we all the sudden have a new policy you can not write checks out of your savings????? What the hell kind of trap garbage is that??? You charged her for the checks she has that you say she can't use??? So now Bank Of America is costing me money when I have nothing to do with them and made my amazing Bank account that has nevered had a returned check now has a reversal on it that will make future checks have holds. This Bank is terribl absolutely terrible they do the same things to my elderly mother and cause her so much stress. This Bank is trash costing me money and messing up my bank account in another bank even though I have zero to do with this trash bank. This place should be shut down but the criminal powers to be will continue to let this stuff go on. You have mental issues and need to be checked if you decide to bank here

I don’t know the mans name who helped me, but he was an older guy sitting right up front as soon as you walk in. He was soooooo helpful i HAD to right a review. He tried everything in his power to get me straight and make sure i had All of my funds for the holidays and so I can pay my bills despite a hold that was place on my account. He Succeeded in releasing the hold and i now Have my funds and my bills are paid ! I am Very satisfied . 5 stars across the board !!

I came here to use the ATM, which isn't available until 9am, because it's in the lobby of the connected office building. Worked as it should have. No line. No problem!

I came in during my lunch break to open a new account and Sharelle was SO helpful! She made sure I understood each step in the process and did everything quickly to meet my time constraint. Glad I opened an account with BOA and work close to this location.

This was a horrible experience. I actually felt like the teller was racist as she was so rude to me and I had no other reason I could see why! I asked to deposit check. she took my check and said I was in the wrong bank and did I know where I was. I said, "Yes, Maam". I was pretty irritated and said I wanted to open an account. She said she could not give me any cash back. I told her I didnt need that and at this point was not wanting to open an account there. Thanked her and left. I still have that check! I will never go here again.

Update over a month later: It’s a Monday at 11am and still, only one teller. Been standing in line for 20 mins and people in front of me have been waiting much longer. RIDICULOUS. EVEN IF YOU ARE CLOSE BY, DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION. Other employees even commenting on how long the line has become. Once again. ONE TELLER.It’s a Friday at 330pm and they only have 1 teller. This building is filled with hundreds of people and is the biggest BOA in town. How do they only have ONE employee ?

1 teller, 5 people on the line,had to wait 25 minutes just to pay my mortgage, was told I can do my transaction on the atm machine but wasn’t allowed too. It’s not just this branch, bank of American does not respect their customers time.

Worst and useless branch and bank to be acquainted with. Several times I’ve tried calling to unlock my card, they tell me to go in person. I go in person TWICE and immediately kick me off and tell me they can’t do anything without even trying AT ALL. Once I get my card active, I’m deleting my account

There is normally only 1 teller working at this branch, which means that you will inevitably spend more time here than you should. The staff that they do have are always pleasant, personable and helpful.
