I just wanted to leave a review of two employees, Tony, the manager, and Tony, the inventory manager. I currently reside in Powhatan VA and my car has been in Richmond. I could not come to either pay or pick up the parts for installation of the motor in my car. These guys both went above and beyond to get these parts to the mechanic since I could not do this. I've been working on this car for almost a year and it's been a very trying experience. In this world today, I feel great service needs to be duly noted and I'm so very thankful. I will most definitely recommend this location to anyone who needs their service.

I have dealt with this headache all week, and it just continues. I bought an AC Compressor for my car at this store, and was given the wrong compressor for my vehicle. When I realized this, I took it in to return it, only to be told I had to come back at a later time, as they didn't have the money on hand to refund my purchase. Now, I'm standing in the store, after being told over the phone to bring it in at this time for the return, only to be mocked, insulted, laughed at, argued with, and flat out accused of lying. They have said, regardless of what's showing in their system, that I have brought in an older part, that I could not have bought it here, even though they looked up my purchase, that they didn't tell me to bring it in at a certain time for the return, etc. One of the employees in particular, a black woman I do not know the name of, has done most of the things discussed in this post. I was told by Tyshawn, the only employee here to actually help me at all, to wait and speak with the GM when he returns from wherever he supposedly went an hour ago now when I first got here. Now, I'm standing here waiting, as they call another autozone to confirm my core return, for whatever reason. I have been treated awful by every member of staff in this store today, except Tyshawn. I have just been told, by Tyshawn, that the other employee mentioned earlier is named Abby, and that I have to take the part to another store, hoping their GM will look it over, as the GM here did not come back. As he was telling me such, Abby made sure to rudely interrupt him and try to tell me there were no guarantees that it would be returned. Thanks for nothing, everyone at this store, except Tyshawn.

Angel who works there goes above and beyond and has a great knowledge about cars. She is hands down the best employee I’ve ever encountered at an auto zone.

Bad service, they want to serve us whenever they feel like it, all standing without doing anything, bad service and even then they get angry because we ask them to serve us, horrible.

Shawnika is amazing! Women/Ladies…. If you need some great help and auto advice without being spoken down to, spoken to like you are dumb, or hit on…. Please go see Shawnika at AutoZone. My daughter was about to buy a used car and we had her pull codes and test the battery and she was so helpful and told us exactly what to tell the dealer we wanted done before purchase and she checked again after the work was done and she is just amazing!!! Women supporting women! Shawnika, thank you so much!

NO STARS!! I only put 1 star because your dumb site won't let me post without clicking anything. Just goes to show how much confidence you have in your own site. I use to go on the web site and find the things that I needed, now with all the changes you geniuses have made, I don't even know what the F_ _K to do. Sometimes you just need to leave well enough alone. I know you don't give a S_ _T because I'm just 1 person, but I'm going to other sites like Parts Geek, and Rock Auto.

Always packed when you go unless you go towards the end of the night. Came here to grab something really quick and the door was locked. It was a little after 9pm when I arrived and they close at 10pm. Neither one of the 2 workers came to the door, one just yelled they closed early. I asked why and he put his head down. That's bad business especially for people who may be dealing with a disabled vehicle. I guess they make their own hours on a Saturday.

I feel like the place has gone down hill especially when one of it's employees or manager went to O'Reillys. I walked in a couple weeks ago and a guy who looked like a kid wasn't doing much work but was sitting on the counter with his feet propped up. If I was the stores manager, he'd be gone. Seems like everyone in there is a manager(micro mananed) manager of isle 1-3 another assistant to back him up maybe? Assistant inventory manager, manager free battery tests and wiper blade installation. Not too knowledgeable either, which is always expected. I can find what I need before they can. I think they've now gotten worse than advance and that's saying something. O'Reilly has been great. Also I'm a smoker, but I don't wanna pull up and see them smoking at the entrance. I can smell it in the store, on them, and it looks unprofessional AND I'M A SMOKER. At least go around the corner and when you go back in wash your hands and put a breathe mint in or something. Ya'll got potential to be the the best representation of the company and make it top notch, but you won't get anywhere making these part looker uppers managers of small operations. You gotta earn it and when you do you'll feel better about yourself, exude more confidence, and might gain more long term customers by being the representative we expect you to be, not just the company.

This store is horrible. The entire team needs replaced. No one answers the phone, in the rare instance that they do they leave you on hold indefinitely. So then I show up to the store, NO ONE ACKNOWLEDGES ME. I asked for help, and I got told by the store manager Tony "Just wait a minute man." That's all I've been doing! Just drive past this store, they won't help you. They never do.
