This business bent over backwards to quickly accommodate me, I had an emergency and special needs to get my car done fast. They worked tirelessly to make arrangements to take me the next day and perform specialized services on top of the steam cleaning. They did an excellent job! I cannot believe how hard they worked to get the job done. I had an old car where the back seat had been solely used by a dog for many years. There was dog hair everywhere. Not only did they get rid of the hair and smell, but they made the car look as clean as when I bought it new. Their prices are the best in town as well. I was worried because they were lower than some of their competitors, but they made it spotless. You will not find someone that works as hard to get the job done right. I wish I had done this years ago. They really make it easy.Services: Steam cleaning

Awesome cleaning services, they removed the coffee stains in my car as well as the broken glass shards. The interior of my car looks brand new. Best auto carpet cleaners in the RVA area.

My car had some spot stains on inside upholstery immediately below the front top of the windshield due to too much glue when it was replaced in the shop. This is a Prius V and can only be done in the shop. On-site not an option. I didn't pay for a stain treatment but Peter said he'd give it his best shot. He got all of them out. I asked Kasey how much I owed for that and she said it was on them. I'd been on the phone w/my insurance company after I authorized the extra cleaning. They agreed it was most likely from windshield job but said Safelite would be responsible who had not accepted responsibility. That's the kind of treatment you get from a small family business. It's greatly appreciated! Thank you Kasey and Peter!

This company did a superb job with our Pilot. Filled with dog hair and dirt and it came out looking better than when we bought it. Couldn’t have asked for better service or quality. Definitely will use them again and will refer to others.

Kasey and Pete did an outstanding job on cleaning the inside of my vehicle.They are extremely friendly and truly care about the quality of their work. They did a super job of cleaning the upholstery in my CR-V. A hot Coke exploded in the front seat and a lunch box drained in the back seat. All stains were removed! It looks like a new car! Thanks! Dale B.
