Great to work with and incredibly knowledgeable. I bought a turntable that was bad in the box from the factory. They spent hours making sure it was correct and making sure I was happy. Buy here and get the support you won't get online for the same price. Amazing record department as well.

I just want to Salute the wonderful staff here. I had a turntable repaired and the service was exceptional. These gentlemen also took the time to explain various pieces of audio/video equipment that they have in the store. I will definitely be back. A+
