There were several cars in front of me when I pulled into the middle service gate that prevented me from pulling in. I set there for several minutes and no one acknowledged my presence. Another car came around me and pulled into the service door to my right. I didn’t know that you could pull into that door. There were two signs pointing to the middle gate for service. Since no one acknowledged me I decided to go over to follow the car that pulled in to the right of me. When that car pulled in several workers approached her vehicle to assist. No one offered me assistance. After waiting several minutes for assistance I decided to go into the building, several employees were setting at the desk ( only one had a customer) however again no one acknowledged me. After several minutes of just standing there the employee with the customer was the only one who acknowledged me by saying that he would be with us as soon as he could. The employees that did not have customers quickly acknowledged customers who came in after me. This was a truly uncomfortable experience that made me seriously think about trading my car in for a different model. I don’t want to feel uncomfortable every time I need my car serviced. The person who did help deserve 5 stars.

I own two Audi’s , an A4 and an S5. I’ve carried my vehicles to other Audi dealerships, and I’ve had terrible service but here at Audi of Richmond is the best. Chris Alston is outstanding. There’s no other person that I would trust with my cars, I highly recommend visiting Audi of Richmond, Virginia On West Broad Street and ask for Chris.
