They sent my father after 4 strokes and open heart surgery, fresh out of rehab a hospital bed that looked like a army cot with a mattress that was thinner than my dogs bes. They then had the nerve to be indignant when I said come pick it up. Said Medicare only allows a 95. Dollar mattress. However they charge a monthly fee for it. No customer service and aub par products

Tavonda was so professional, friendly, & helpful when I called to make an Appointment to buy 2 Rollators so they could adjust them to a perfect fit for my parents. When my parents and I arrived Tavonda, Damiel, Leanne & Jameel in their office were all so professional, welcoming, friendly , helpful & kind. Once my parents were fitted for their rollators we then ordered 2 hospital beds so my parents could get in and out of beds easier, relax at bedtime watching a movie with the raised bed or raise the bottom of the beds to rest their achy legs at night. We also ordered a hospital food tray on wheels so my parents could have fun having snacks in bed. ? Jameel the wonderful & kind delivery person helps to bring & put together and set up equipment. Also they are very helpful getting all paperwork- prescriptions needed for Medicare etc from your Doctors office. 150 % Customer Satisfaction from my parents the Mullins & Sheri Wilson their daughter caretaker.

Received my equipment fast, was a pleasure speaking with the staff back in 2020 when I first received equipment, and also a pleasure speaking with the staff on today Mrs Leann. I recommend this facility to anyone for their needs.

I want to take few moments and thank Tavonda for her help. I have been looking everywhere for a knee walker where they could accept a doctor script and process it through insurance until I finally found Astrix Medical Supply!

placed order on 9/17/2018 and Spoke with the staff and they confirmed receipt of the prescriptions. I have been in constant contact with them and as of today (10/18/2018) they have not been able to give me a definite answer as to when my daughter's diabetic supplies will be delivered. I am very frustrated because I have been waiting for 2 days for the supervisor to call me regarding this problem. I will be a thorn in their side until they deliver as promised. Meanwhile my daughter is without her much needed diabetic supplies. I am only sticking with them because they work with both of my insurance companies. I am thinking about calling the insurance companies as well to see what they can do to make things move smoother. Wish I could give them 0 stars but Google will not let me do that. I would be willing to reconsider this rating if they would just give me an honest answer or answer the phone when I call.

Continue to have issues with this company, he did get the bed but it came ripped, replaced that one with another ripped one, was told we would get a new cover, which never happen. Bed is now broke and a tech came ordered the parts and then quit. It now has to be re-evaluated due to the individual not documenting anything. Thank God for cranks or he would be high in the air.

It took them 3 trips to have all the parts for the hospital bed. Left no paperwork AT ALL! I have been waiting over 3 weeks to have them pick up the bed. And the patient has been dead 2 weeks. I was then told he would pick this up Saturday morning and still a no show.

Did not have a good experience with this company. They took a long time to help me with the services I asked for. Very polite on the phone but service was not good.

I am a physical therapist and have had horrible experiences with Astrix and their lacking customer service. It has been extremely difficult to get the equipment my patients need even after numerous phone calls.
