I would give 0 stars if I could. This place attempted to overcharge me. Over $1K for an alternator on an 08 Toyota Camry. Once I refused, they attempted to bargain with me, but the trust was already gone. I suggest you get a few quotes before going with this place. If you don't know any better, they will try to take advantage of you.

Made an appointment online for and oil change the next day (which Is rare) I was very happy with the quick availability and the results. Customers service was A1 and the quality of work was outstanding. Highly recommend

Recently, I had a alternator battery problem with my car I took my car to Arts Automotive and got excellent customer service from Chris And the staff at Arts Automotive is amazing
I got above five star service, their technicians refused to release my car until it was Repaired correctly
I am retired law-enforcement and I highly recommend Arts Automotive to anybody that needs good service and good customer relations

Arts was recommended to us by a friend. When we first started going, the pricing was fair, the communication was decent and we would actually see/speak with Art. However, after the last multiple visits, it is clear that something has changed. We have to call them for updates and the pricing is absurd. This last visit (for the radiator that I diagnosed for them before dropping it off) they attempted to charge us $380 for a battery (which ours was still fine. Yes there was corrosion, but nothing 2 minutes with a brush couldn’t fix). Even if it needed to be replaced, I’d rather go to autozone and replace it myself for a fraction of the cost. Next was the radiator, which they quoted just under $800. I called them and asked for them to break down the costs here and they just read the estimate back. I called autozone, got a new one for $172 and did it myself. When my significant other called to decline the other myriad of recommendations from them, they offered her a 10% discount, which would have maybe covered taxes. When I picked the car up, it was like a middle school break up. When I walked through the door the only thing the front desk associate Chris said to me was, “that’ll be $75”. There was no discussion, no attempt to salvage the relationship and he wouldn’t even make eye contact. I paid and he said “I’ll go get it.” Walked out the front door, pulled up the car and said, “there you go”, before walking off through the bay doors. Not only will we not be returning, but the friend who recommended them has stated they will be finding a different shop as well. Save yourself the headache, go literally anywhere else.

I had numerous things done on my 2006 Mercury Mountaineer 6/23/2024. They took my car in and accomplished everything that needed to be done in a timely manner and provided me with a loaner car. Very pleasant and knowledgable staff. I will definitely be using them again.

Changed rating due to they had a family emergency and that's why they couldn't call us.
The work and inspection was top notch. Never had any garage give you such a great detail on what needs to be done with your approval before working on car.

Even though Art's is under new management the customer service has not suffered. They even have a courtesy van and the driver was excellent. She dropped me back to my house while car repairs were being done and picked me up when complete.
