“I enjoyed the service of the staff at the broad street mini storage. In January of this year, I rented another uhaul from this location and used the app to check and out the uhaul. I found that process much more difficult as compared to the service of the mini storage staff this past week.
There was less to do on my end: no need for picture taking or recording the odometer, all the detailed bits of bops that can really add to the overwhelm of moving day.
Overall, very pleased to have chosen to check in with the staff. My one request is that there is a on site manager cell phone to be able to reach them while they are out of the office. We arrived at 9:30am to a sign that said something to the effect of manager in the storage facility, look for a golf cart. My partner and I drove through the site to find the manager, who was very attentive and accommodating once found. very friendly and personable, made sure our rented moving blankets and dolly were all set.

“Truck’s ignition was so hard / tight, and with the small Key Head, it kind of required two hands to turn on the truck. But other than that overall experience was good with Facility, Truck and Facility Associates. I’ll recommend it to others.”
“Good crew. From now on I'll be fueling up here at this ryder. No more at the other places. Other ryders, they always out of fuel alot. Then I have to go out of my ways to get fuel at another ryder. Sucks, because my company has contracts with ryder. Since I can't get fuel at other trucks. Then I have to fuel up only!!!@ ryder only. Hate it very much.”
“Pricing is confusing rental for truck was 40.95 and it was in town move used right at 6 hours and had to pay 1.19 a mile fill gas tank where it was at rental so ended up being 113.00. So pricing needs to be explained more”
“By far one of the best experiences I've had when dealing with another business.I had reserved a truck through the 24/7 truck share app, which had some difficulties and I was told to wait for the owner to arrive (technology what can you do)I called the fella on the phone and he apologized for running late, as he was helping his son. We all have bad days. He offered to buy me a cup of coffee to make up for being a little late.Most people are not that generous to make up for running late.The owner had me checked in and out the door in no time, after I arrived.I needed to keep the truck and extra day, I called him up directly. He said don't worry about it, he'll take care of everything.Couldn't have been an easier process.I think all these other negative reviews are from people who need to exercise a little more patients and understanding.”
