Starting with a gas leak on 2-22-24, multiple calls to customer service after the local Fire Department shut off the gas and cleared the home for entry. AmeriGas representative came out on 2-23-24, fixed the leak, and found that my tank meter was defective. He mentioned that it needed to be repaired or replaced. After multiple phone calls and multiple days without heat, the meter has not been repaired or replaced to date. Every call made to customer service resulted in conflicting scheduling information as the customer suffers through the process of poor customer service. Could someone please explain why this issue hasn't been addressed?

Great service you keep us in Gas never letting us run out and very respectful of our property. We never know you have even been there. We have no worries with having you as our gas supplier.

Amerigas is one of the most disappointing companies I have ever dealt with. I have been a long time customer and never get any discounts . There is a charge for expedited deliveries. There is a charge for using a credit card when most people can't afford the HIGH prices you charge. This company is about getting over on their clients instead of helping them!

Sold our home. Was told by AmeriGas that the amount of gas in our tank would be reimbursed to us and charged to new customer. My husband has spoken to at least three or four agents. They are refusing to Reimburse promised funds and have hung up on us in our pleas for help. We have lost thousands of dollars. Dishonest company, warning do not use.

My feedback was just fluffed off with no actual review of what I said. Basically I am being forced into a new agreement just to log in and see my bill and pay it. This means I will now just send in checks which will take twice as long. Also, our neighborhood is supposed to not have any tank fees, but every year we are charged and when I call in I get a song and dance about how its changed and we accepted the change when we logged into the account. So now I just wont log in, and as soon as we start the remodel on the house I am going remove Amerigas tank. Y'all used to have good service, but its all gone down hill.

I literally have the convenience of automatic gas tank"fill-up" . There's no waiting nor ordering. I also have set myself on the Budget Payment Plan through my bank account number. Two important items I would need to worry about but.......DON'T! Thanks MyAmericanGas

You did an on-call delivery to a house that was not on call. The house had not had a delivery in two years not only that you delivered to a house that is no longer owned by the former owner. It has a new owner. I called your call center and could not make the gentleman understand anything that I said so I gave up.
