System is not working, a lazy guy is going left and right in the office. Waiting 30+ minutes to pickup just 4 small tires, I order tires few hours ago but they didn’t print the invoice yet, still waiting

Jose on Saturdays is a dumba**...... he cannot even type in a number correctly to pull up my accounts, which I have multiple due to running more than one business....then he hangs up on me... but it's ok tci is right next door with 1 woman working producing 10 times better service!
