Don't trust what you see online. Call and make sure they have it. I had to visit both locations to find out neither location had what was listed online. I had to have a same day refrigerator to replace my home frig because it died overnight.

Paid for a washing machine and delivery, get called 515 pm while I'm at work stating they don't have the machine I ordered even though it states it's available online. Go to look at listing today, surprise, no longer available at the location. Call them to find a different one, they state all are 200 more than the one I wanted to get, no price matching. I look online again, find another washing machine that says it's available. They say that one says it's available but it's actually not because it's broken. So why is it available on the website? Now my money is tied up waiting for a refund and I can't even go somewhere else to get a washing machine because they don't update their inventory online properly. Thanks!

Marcus, store manager with American Freight of Midlothian was great! He helped me pick out a premium mattress and bed set, along with handling a finance issue that he handled through the phone customer service team. Lastly he helped with an unopened merchandise exchange. Marcus is awesome and an asset to the American Freight Franchise!
