They are truly reliable, in budget and fast too. They estimated my local moving for 4 hours, but did the job in 3 hours. Rob and his team were fantastic.

Rob and his assistants moved us perfectly. They exceeded our expectations. They were extremely careful with our belongings and especially careful covering our new hardwood floors. They each had a great attitude and finished thirty minutes sooner than estimated. Great job guys.

DO NOT CONTACT THEM ! Worse service ever !!!!!They are very unprofessional. Did not cover the floor as they stated the would do! The OWNER Robert lied about his name and said his name was " Jason. " One of his staff- TYLER cursed at me because I asked him a question. He quoted two different prices. He promised me THREE hours and only stayed for 1.75 hours. I would NOT Contact him for anything dealing with MOVING. VERY dissatisfied!!!!!! Reliable is the wrong name for their business.

Jay and Andre did an amazing job packing our POD during our move. Okay, they were late due to traffic, they apologized and quickly completed the job in an hour! Well done!

Rob and his team at Always Reliable Moving did an excellent job moving us out of our home of 27 years!! They had to coordinate moving items into storage, a donation spot, an auction and the new home!! Not a single scratch or bump on anything. Rob was incredibly detailed and thorough and I highly recommend them!!

Do NOT use this company. It is anything BUT reliable. To their credit, the crew worked hard, but they were careless and/or inexperienced (e.g. carrying a chair with the legs pointed forward and running it into the stairwell wall) and inefficient (e.g. carrying ONE small light table down 4 flights of stairs). There are countless other examples. But by far the worst issue -- the ONE piece of furniture that they were told to be extremely careful with (a 250 year old Chippendale Secretary of significant cash value as well as sentimental value, for which I paid extra insurance) was reassembled incorrectly. The first time I opened one of the mirrored doors the night of the move-in day, the upper section came toppling down like a giant tree. I was able to "catch" it and hold on long enough for my husband to come running from the other room. With his height and strength, he was able to keep it from crashing to the floor through a glass top coffee table. The piece has been moved 3 times while in our possession and never in any of those times (or I imagine in its previous 250 years!) has the top fallen down/off. Reassembly required it to be "seated"in cut-out sections of the bottom piece. The owner said that the crew chief said there were no brackets of screws. Of COURSE there weren't. They didn't USE brackets and screws 250 years ago! It is now in the hands of an antique furniture repair craftsman in Powhatan. The owner/manager came through like the house was on fire the 2 mornings of the move, dashing around taking beds apart and giving rushed instructions on reassembly. He never showed up on the receiving end either day. Had my husband not been around, the crew would never have gotten the beds reassembled correctly. Again, the crew did work hard, but that is no reason ever to use this company.
