This place does an excellent job for dress pants and shirts. I wouldn't bring in anything that is made of wool here though. Brought in a wool sweater and picked it up and it had shrunk. Not sure how that happened but I will continue using Ahn's for work attire only. The owner is also very kind.

I bring my work uniforms here. The people working here are pleasant. You do pay upfront (very good pricing), which I'm sure is from too many people dropping off stuff to clean and do not return to pick their things up. I know you will be satisfied with their work, but if not, I'm positive they will fix any issue. Proud to be a patron of a local business. I will keep returning here.

Very unpleasant lady at the front desk. Also, they keep going up up up for simple alterations. She seems to make up prices. Think I will try someplace else.

This place is racist. The lady looked agitated I guess because she was having lunch and didn’t want to help me. She agreed that she could fix the zipper on the first pair of my jeans and she gave me a receipt to pay at the end of the week. I told her I had a second pair, I walked to the car to grab them came back and she pushed the other pair of jeans back to me. I asked her why and she started to speak something I didn’t understand. She then demand that I pay her now for the service vs Friday. I simply asked her to explain exactly what she would be fixing and the possible outcome for the zippers if I pay in advance. She pushed the jeans back and basically walked away. I will not be returning and I want to make others aware !

I have live here in Richmond for 5 years and i was suggested this place to get some alterations and cleaning done an in 5 years they have never let me down always nice and they do great work.

The best place to have alterations done. She's fast, affordable, accurate and skilled - everything you want for alterations. The dry cleaning is a little more expensive than some of the "cheap" places, but there's no one better for alterations.
